3. Setup

Follow these steps to set up your VEVOR Belt Grinder Sander for operation.

3.3 Installing a Sanding Belt

  1. Ensure the grinder is unplugged from the power source.

4.1 Control Panel Overview

  4. Press the 'Start/Stop' button to begin belt movement. Observe the belt tracking and adjust with the belt tracking knob if necessary to keep the belt centered.
  5. Carefully bring your workpiece into contact with the moving belt. Apply even, controlled pressure.
  6. To stop operation, press the 'Start/Stop' button, then turn the power switch to 'OFF'. Unplug the unit when finished.
