Setup Instructions
Assembly typically requires at least 4 people. Follow these steps for proper setup:
1. Site Selection and Preparation
Choose a flat, level area for the tent. Clear the area of any sharp objects, debris, or obstructions. Ensure adequate space around the tent for anchoring and movement.
2. Frame Assembly
Begin by laying out all frame components. The frame is constructed from heavy-duty galvanized steel with 1.5-inch (38 mm) diameter steel tubes and reinforced metal joints measuring 1.66 inches (42 mm).
- Connect the arch-shaped roof sections using the provided connectors. Ensure all spring pins engage securely.
- Assemble the vertical support legs and attach them to the arch sections.
- Connect the base rails to complete the frame structure.

3. Roof Cover Installation
Carefully drape the upgraded PE cloth roof cover over the assembled frame. Ensure it is centered and evenly distributed. Secure the roof cover to the frame using the elastic bands and other provided fasteners. The patented arch shape facilitates rapid rainwater runoff.

4. Sidewall Attachment
Attach the removable PE sidewalls as needed. The sidewalls feature zipper doors and 160-gram PVC windows for light and ventilation. They can be assembled or disassembled flexibly depending on your event requirements.

5. Anchoring and Stabilization
Proper anchoring is crucial for tent stability. Use ground nails for grassy surfaces and expansion screws for cement surfaces. Secure all tie-down ropes to the ground anchors. Ensure the tent is taut and stable.
Operating Instructions
Once assembled, the DWVO Arch Party Tent provides a spacious shelter for various outdoor events. It accommodates gatherings of 80+ people standing or 75-80 seated at 5ft trestle tables, offering 800 sq ft of shade area.

- Ventilation: Utilize the removable sidewalls and zipper doors to adjust ventilation as needed, especially on hot days.
- Weather Conditions: Monitor weather forecasts. While the tent is waterproof and offers UPF 30 UV protection, it is not designed for extreme weather. Disassemble the tent if winds exceed 25 mph or during heavy snowfall.
- Lighting and Heating: If using lighting or heating elements, ensure they are placed safely and away from tent fabric. Remember the tent material is NOT FIREPROOF.
Maintenance
- Cleaning: Clean the tent fabric with mild soap and water. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners. Allow the fabric to dry completely before storage to prevent mildew.
- Frame Inspection: Regularly inspect the steel frame for any signs of rust, damage, or loose connections. Tighten any loose bolts or connections.
- Storage: When not in use, disassemble the tent and store all components in the provided storage bags in a dry, cool place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
- Repair: For minor tears in the fabric, use a suitable repair kit. For significant damage, contact customer support.
Troubleshooting
- Tent Instability:
- Ensure all frame connections are secure and spring pins are fully engaged.
- Verify that ground anchors (nails/screws) are properly installed and tie-down ropes are taut.
- Check for strong winds; disassemble if wind speeds exceed 25 mph.
- Water Pooling on Roof:
- The arch design is intended to prevent pooling. Ensure the roof cover is stretched tightly and evenly over the frame.
- Check for any sagging areas and adjust tension if possible.
- Leaking:
- Inspect the roof and sidewalls for any tears or punctures. Repair as necessary.
- Ensure all seams are properly covered and sealed.
- Missing Parts:
- Refer to the package contents list. If parts are missing, contact DWVO customer support immediately.
