Model: MADWVhOaCR

Important Safety Information

This party tent is designed for temporary outdoor shelter. Adherence to all safety guidelines is crucial for safe operation and longevity.

  • Fire Hazard: The tent material is NOT FIREPROOF. Always keep it away from open flames, grills, heaters, or any potential ignition sources.
  • Wind Precautions: Ground nails are essential for stability on grassy surfaces. Expansion screws are recommended for cement surfaces. Take preventative measures to secure the tent when wind speeds reach 25 mph or higher. Disassemble the tent in severe weather conditions, including strong winds, heavy rain, or snow.
  • Assembly: Professional installation is highly recommended. Ensure at least 4 adults are available for safe and efficient assembly.
  • Site Selection: Choose a level, clear area free from overhead obstructions (e.g., tree branches, power lines) and sharp objects on the ground.

Setup Instructions

Careful assembly ensures the stability and proper function of your DWVO party tent. The tent comes packaged in 3 boxes, which may arrive separately.

Step 1: Unpacking and Component Identification

Carefully unpack all components from the three storage bags/boxes. Lay out all poles, connectors, roof cover, and sidewalls. Refer to the parts list (not provided in this manual, refer to your product packaging) to ensure all pieces are present.

  • Connect the horizontal roof poles to the peak connectors.
  • Attach the vertical leg poles to the roof frame.
  • Ensure all connections are secure.
