4. Setup and Assembly
Assembly of the Merax Kitchen Island requires following the detailed step-by-step instructions provided in the separate assembly manual. Ensure you have adequate space and the necessary tools (included) before starting. It is recommended to have two people for assembly.

5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Extendable Dining Table
The kitchen island features an extendable dining table. To extend, gently pull the dining table section outwards from the main unit. The table can extend up to 27 inches, providing additional surface area for dining or work. To retract, push the dining table section back into the main unit until it is fully nested.

5.2 Storage Drawers and Cabinets
The island includes two large storage drawers and four-door cabinets. The drawers feature smooth slides for easy opening and closing. The cabinet doors are equipped with quiet panel magnets to keep them securely closed.

5.3 Rolling Wheels
The kitchen island is equipped with 7 universal wheels for mobility. Five wheels are located under the main storage cabinet, and two are under the extendable dining table. Four of these wheels (two on the left side of the main unit and two under the extended dining table) are lockable. To secure the island in place, press down on the locking mechanism on these wheels. To move the island, release the locks.
