  • For optimal battery longevity, avoid completely draining the battery frequently.
  • If storing the device for an extended period, charge it to about 50% before storage.

Periodically check the official Innioasis website for any available firmware updates to ensure optimal performance and access to new features. Follow the instructions provided with the update carefully.

5. Troubleshooting

  • Device not powering on:

Ensure the battery is charged. Connect the player to a power source and try again. If the issue persists, perform a hard reset by holding the power button for 10-15 seconds.

  • Bluetooth connection issues:

Ensure both the MP3 player and the target Bluetooth device are in pairing mode and within range. Try unpairing and re-pairing the devices. Restarting both devices can also resolve connectivity problems.

  • Playlist order incorrect after import:

Some M3U playlist formats may not preserve the exact order upon import. Verify the M3U file structure or try recreating the playlist directly on the device if possible. Ensure the firmware is up to date.

  • Cannot detect Micro SD card:

Ensure the Micro SD card is inserted correctly and fully seated in the slot. Try reinserting the card. If the issue persists, test the card in another device or try a different Micro SD card to rule out card malfunction.

  • Audio quality issues:

Check the audio file format; ensure it is not corrupted. If using Bluetooth, ensure a stable connection. Try different headphones or speakers to isolate the problem.
