4. Setup Instructions

The ANCHEER Folding Walking Pad Treadmill is designed for quick and easy setup, requiring minimal installation.

  1. Unpacking: Carefully remove the treadmill from its packaging. The unit is largely pre-assembled.
  2. Placement: Position the treadmill on a flat, stable surface, ensuring adequate space around it for safe operation.
  3. Unfolding: Gently unfold the treadmill according to the instructions in the included user manual. Ensure all locking mechanisms are securely engaged.
  4. Attaching the Desk: If using the desk feature, attach the desktop to the handrails. Ensure it is firmly secured. The desktop measures 27.5" x 14".

  1. Adjusting Incline: The treadmill features a 15% manual incline. To adjust, lift the rear of the treadmill to the desired incline position before starting your workout. Ensure it is securely locked.

  1. Monitoring Progress: The LED display will automatically cycle through and show your Time, Speed, Distance, and Calories burned every 5 seconds.

  1. Stopping a Workout: Press the "Stop" button to end your workout. For emergency stops, pull the safety key from its slot.

6. Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your treadmill.

  • Cleaning: Regularly wipe down the treadmill frame and console with a damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
