3. Product Overview
3.1. External Features and Ports

4. Setup Guide
4.1. Initial Connection
- Connect to Display: Use the provided HDMI cable to connect the Mini PC to your monitor or TV. You can also use the DisplayPort or USB-C port for video output.
- Connect Peripherals: Plug in your USB keyboard and mouse into the available USB ports.
- Connect to Network (Optional): For a wired connection, connect an Ethernet cable to one of the RJ45 LAN ports. For wireless, ensure Wi-Fi is enabled during initial setup.
- Connect Power: Plug the power adapter into the DC input port on the Mini PC, then connect the adapter to a power outlet.
4.2. Power On and Initial Boot
- Press the power button on the front of the Mini PC.
- The system will boot into Windows 11 Pro. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the initial Windows setup, including language, region, network connection, and user account creation.
4.3. VESA Mount Installation (Optional)
The included VESA mount allows you to attach the Mini PC to the back of a compatible monitor or under a desk for a clutter-free setup.
- Attach the VESA bracket to the back of your monitor or desired surface using the provided screws.
- Slide the Mini PC onto the mounted bracket until it clicks securely into place.

5. Operating Instructions
5.1. Power On/Off
- Power On: Press the power button once.
- Shut Down: Click the Windows Start button, then select Power > Shut down.
- Restart: Click the Windows Start button, then select Power > Restart.
- Sleep: Click the Windows Start button, then select Power > Sleep.
5.2. Display Configuration
The Mini PC supports triple 4K display output at 60Hz via HDMI 2.0, DisplayPort, and USB-C.
- Connect up to three monitors using the available video output ports.
- In Windows, right-click on the desktop and select "Display settings" to configure display resolution, orientation, and multiple display modes (Extend, Duplicate, Second screen only).
- Ensure your monitors and cables support 4K resolution for optimal performance.

5.3. Network and Bluetooth
- Wi-Fi: To connect to a wireless network, click the Wi-Fi icon in the taskbar, select your network, and enter the password.
- Bluetooth: To pair Bluetooth devices, go to Windows Settings > Bluetooth & devices, and turn on Bluetooth.
- Dual LAN: The two Gigabit Ethernet ports allow for robust wired network connections, suitable for network aggregation or routing applications.

6. Maintenance

6.3. Storage and RAM Expansion
The Mini PC supports expansion for both RAM and SSD storage.

- It features an M.2 2280 NVMe PCIe 3.0 x4 SSD slot, expandable up to 4TB.

7. Troubleshooting
7.1. No Power
- Ensure the power adapter is securely connected to both the Mini PC and a working power outlet.
- Check if the power outlet is functional by plugging in another device.
- Verify the power adapter is the correct one supplied with the Mini PC.
7.2. No Display
- Confirm that the HDMI/DisplayPort/USB-C cable is securely connected to both the Mini PC and the monitor.
- Ensure the monitor is powered on and set to the correct input source.
- Try a different display cable or monitor to rule out faulty equipment.
7.3. No Internet Connection
- Wired: Check the Ethernet cable connection to both the Mini PC and the router. Verify router status.
- Wireless: Ensure Wi-Fi is enabled in Windows settings. Check if the correct Wi-Fi network is selected and the password is entered correctly. Restart your router.
7.4. System Slowdown or Unresponsiveness
- Close unnecessary applications running in the background.
- Check Task Manager (Ctrl+Shift+Esc) for high CPU, RAM, or disk usage.
- Ensure the Mini PC has adequate ventilation and is not overheating.
- Run a disk cleanup and defragmentation (for HDDs, not necessary for SSDs).
- Consider upgrading RAM if frequently running memory-intensive applications.
