This ice maker is designed for commercial use, capable of producing up to 32 kilograms of ice per day, with 36 ice cubes per batch. 2. Safety Instructions

Important: Always follow basic safety precautions when using electrical appliances to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, and injury.

  • Do not operate the appliance with a damaged cord or plug.

4. Setup

4.1 Unpacking and Placement

  • Carefully remove the ice maker from its packaging.
  • Place the unit on a flat, stable surface, ensuring adequate ventilation around all sides (at least 10 cm clearance).
  • Avoid placing the unit near heat sources or in direct sunlight.
  • Allow the unit to stand upright for at least 2 hours before plugging it in, to allow refrigerants to settle.

4.2 Water Supply Connection

The ice maker offers two water supply options: direct connection to a cold water tap or manual filling with bottled water.

  1. Direct Connection:
    • Connect the provided water inlet hose to the water inlet port (A) at the back of the machine and to a cold water tap.
    • Ensure all connections are secure to prevent leaks.
    • It is recommended to use the included water filter for optimal ice quality.
  2. Manual Filling:
    • If using bottled water, ensure the water tank is filled to the maximum level.
    • The machine will automatically draw water as needed.

Connect the water drain hose to the water outlet port (C) and direct it to a suitable drain.

4.3 Power Connection

  • Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet (B).
  • Ensure the outlet meets the voltage requirements (220 Volts).

5. Operating Instructions

The intelligent LCD control panel simplifies operation, allowing for automatic on/off times and self-cleaning functions.

  • Power Button: Turns the unit on/off.
  • Clean Button: Initiates the self-cleaning cycle.

5.2 Making Ice

  1. Ensure the water supply is connected and the unit is plugged in.
  2. Press the Power button to turn on the ice maker.
  3. The machine will automatically begin the ice-making process. The "Ice" indicator will illuminate.
  4. Ice production takes approximately 10-15 minutes per batch, yielding 36 cubes.
  5. The machine will pause when the ice storage bin is full ("Ice Full" indicator) and resume when ice is removed.
  6. Adjust ice cube thickness using the Plus (+) and Minus (-) buttons if applicable (refer to specific model features).

5.3 Automatic On/Off Timer

Use the Timer button to program the ice maker to turn on or off at specific times, optimizing energy consumption and ensuring ice is ready when needed.

6. Maintenance

Regular cleaning and maintenance are crucial for the longevity and hygienic operation of your ice maker.

6.1 Self-Cleaning Function

  • Ensure the unit is connected to a water supply and the drain hose is properly positioned.
  • Press the Clean button on the control panel to initiate the automatic cleaning cycle.
  • The machine will flush its internal components with water.
  • After the cycle, drain any remaining water.

6.2 Manual Cleaning

  1. Unplug the ice maker from the power outlet.
  2. Drain all water from the unit.
  3. Clean the interior of the ice storage bin and water tank with a mild detergent and warm water. Rinse thoroughly.
  4. Wipe down the exterior with a soft, damp cloth.
