Setup

Connecting to Power

1. Connect the provided USB-C to Type-C cable to the charging station's Type-C input port.
2. Connect the other end of the cable to a compatible power adapter (30W or higher recommended, not included).
3. Plug the power adapter into a wall outlet.

Initial Charging

Upon first use, ensure the charging station and detachable mobile battery are fully charged. The LED display on the mobile battery will show its charge level.

Operating Instructions

Charging Your Devices

Charging iPhone (MagSafe Compatible)

1. Place your MagSafe-compatible iPhone (iPhone 12 series or later) onto the magnetic charging pad of the station.
2. The iPhone will automatically align and begin charging at up to 15W.
3. For non-MagSafe iPhones, use the included magnetic enhancement ring on your phone case for magnetic attachment, or use the Type-C port for wired charging.

Charging Apple Watch

1. Place your Apple Watch (all series supported) onto the dedicated Apple Watch charging module.
2. Ensure the watch is properly seated for charging to begin at up to 5W.

Charging AirPods

1. Place your wireless charging-compatible AirPods case onto the designated AirPods charging area.
2. Charging will commence at up to 15W/5W depending on the AirPods model. (Note: AirPods cases not compatible with wireless charging are not supported.)

Using the Detachable Mobile Battery

1. To use the mobile battery independently, detach it from the charging station.
2. Attach it magnetically to your MagSafe-compatible iPhone for wireless charging.
3. Alternatively, use a USB-C cable to connect the mobile battery to any compatible device for up to 20W wired charging.

Pass-Through Charging

The AuraDock supports pass-through charging. When the station is connected to power, it will prioritize charging your connected devices (iPhone, Apple Watch, AirPods). Once these devices are fully charged, the station will automatically switch to charging the detachable mobile battery. This ensures all your devices are 100% charged by morning.

Adjusting Viewing Angle

The charging stand features a foldable design with an adjustable angle from approximately 0° to 70° and 360° rotation. This allows for both vertical and horizontal viewing, adapting to various usage scenarios.

Maintenance

• Cleaning: Disconnect the charger from power before cleaning. Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the surface. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
• Storage: Store the device in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
• General Care: Avoid dropping the device or exposing it to water. Do not attempt to disassemble or repair the unit yourself.

Troubleshooting

Device Not Charging

• Ensure the charging station is properly connected to a power adapter (30W or higher recommended).
• Verify that your device is correctly placed on the charging area and aligned with the magnetic coil (for MagSafe).
• Check if your device or AirPods case supports wireless charging.
• Remove any foreign objects between the charger and your device.
• If using a phone case, ensure it is MagSafe compatible or use the provided magnetic enhancement ring.

Slow Charging

• Ensure you are using a power adapter of 30W or higher output. Lower wattage adapters may result in slower charging.
• Check for proper alignment of your device on the charging pad.
• Avoid charging in excessively hot environments, as this can trigger temperature protection and slow down charging.

LED Indicator Behavior

• When the charging station is connected to AC power and no other devices are attached, if the mobile battery indicator blinks one bar, it indicates the mobile battery is charging.
• When charging a smartphone, the mobile battery's remaining charge display will not be shown.
• In charging station mode, the Type-C port on the mobile battery is for input only; its output function is disabled.

The RORRY AuraDock 4-in-1 Wireless Charging Station comes with an 18-month warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and malfunctions under normal use.
