1. Important Safety Information

Read all instructions carefully before assembly and use of this cable station. Retain this manual for future reference.

  • Weight Capacity: Do not exceed the maximum weight capacity of 120 kg (264 lbs) for the entire unit, or 30 kg (66 lbs) per side on the weight posts. Overloading can cause injury or damage to the equipment.
  • Inspection: Before each use, inspect the cable station for any signs of wear, damage, or loose components. Pay close attention to cables, pulleys, bolts, and wall anchors. Do not use if any part is damaged or loose.
  • Children and Pets: Keep children and pets away from the equipment during use.
  • Proper Use: Use the equipment only for its intended purpose as described in this manual. Improper use can lead to serious injury.
  • Medical Advice: Consult a physician before starting any exercise program. Stop exercising immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, or shortness of breath.

3. Assembly Instructions

Assembly requires two people. Ensure you have adequate space and the necessary tools (e.g., wrench, drill, level, stud finder) before starting.

  1. Prepare Mounting Location: Identify a suitable wall location. The unit requires secure mounting to wall studs or appropriate structural supports. Mark the drilling points accurately using a level.
  2. Attach Wall Bracket: Secure the upper wall bracket to the marked points on the wall using the provided wall anchors and bolts. Ensure it is firmly attached and level.
  3. Assemble Main Frame: Connect the vertical main frame sections according to the diagrams. Hand-tighten bolts initially.
  4. Install Base Stabilizers: Attach the base stabilizer feet to the bottom of the main frame. These feature anti-slip foot pads for stability.
  5. Mount Main Frame to Wall Bracket: Carefully lift and attach the assembled main frame to the wall bracket. Secure it with the designated hardware.
  6. Install Pulley System: Route the cables through the pulleys as shown in the detailed diagrams. Pay close attention to the correct path to ensure smooth operation. The adjustable pulley mechanism should slide freely along the chrome guide rods.
  7. Attach Weight Plate Posts: Secure the weight plate posts to the lower section of the frame.
  8. Final Tightening: Once all components are in place and the cables are correctly routed, securely tighten all bolts and nuts. Do not overtighten.
  9. Test Operation: Before adding weights, gently pull the cable to ensure smooth movement and proper pulley function.
