Setup

1. Initial Charging

Before first use, fully charge the earbuds and the charging case. Connect the provided Type-C charging cable to the charging port on the case and a USB power source. The LED display on the case will show the charging status.

2. Pairing with Your Device

1. Ensure the earbuds are charged.
2. Open the charging case. The earbuds will automatically power on and enter pairing mode.
3. On your device (smartphone, tablet, etc.), enable Bluetooth.
4. Search for "W90 Pro" or "Jxrev W90" in the list of available Bluetooth devices and select it to connect.
5. Once connected, a voice prompt will confirm successful pairing.

3. Wearing the Earbuds

Select the appropriate silicone eartips (S, M, L) for a comfortable and secure fit. Insert the earbuds into your ears and gently rotate them until they feel snug. A proper fit enhances sound quality and noise isolation.

Touch Controls

LED Display

The charging case features a dual LED display that shows the remaining battery percentage of the charging case and the individual charge levels of the left and right earbuds.

Single/Twin Mode

The earbuds can be used individually (single mode) or together (twin mode). Simply take one earbud out of the case to use it alone, or both for stereo sound.

Maintenance

Cleaning

Regularly clean your earbuds and charging case to ensure optimal performance and hygiene. Use a soft, dry, lint-free cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or submerge the devices in liquid.

Storage

When not in use, store the earbuds in their charging case to protect them from dust and damage. Store the case in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.

Water Resistance (IP7)

The Jxrev W90 earbuds are IP7 waterproof, meaning they are protected against immersion in water up to 1 meter for up to 30 minutes. This makes them suitable for sports and outdoor activities, protecting against sweat and raindrops. However, they are not designed for swimming or prolonged submersion. Ensure the earbuds are dry before placing them back in the charging case to prevent damage.

Troubleshooting

Earbuds Not Pairing

• Ensure both earbuds are charged.
• Place both earbuds back into the charging case, close the lid, and then open it again to reset.
• Turn off and on your device's Bluetooth.
• Forget "W90 Pro" or "Jxrev W90" from your device's Bluetooth list and attempt to pair again.

Only One Earbud Working

• Ensure both earbuds are charged.
• Place both earbuds back into the charging case, close the lid, and then open it again. This should force them to reconnect to each other.
• If the issue persists, try resetting the earbuds by forgetting them from your device's Bluetooth settings and re-pairing.

Low Volume or Poor Sound Quality

• Adjust the volume on both your device and using the earbud touch controls.
• Ensure the earbuds are properly seated in your ears and you are using the correct size eartips for a good seal.
• Clean any debris from the earbud speakers and eartips.
• Ensure there are no obstructions between the earbuds and your connected device.

Charging Issues

• Verify the Type-C charging cable is securely connected to both the case and the power source.
• Try a different charging cable or power adapter.
• Ensure the charging contacts on the earbuds and inside the case are clean and free of debris.
