3. Setup
3.1 Unpacking
- Carefully remove the dehumidifier from its packaging.
- Remove all packing materials, including any tape or protective films.

3.2 Placement
For optimal performance, place the dehumidifier in a location where the humidity is highest and air circulation is good. Ensure the unit is on a stable, level surface.

- Avoid placing the unit near heat sources or in direct sunlight.

3.3 Drainage Options
The dehumidifier offers two drainage methods:
- Manual Emptying: The unit will collect water in the internal tank. When the tank is full, the unit will automatically shut off and an indicator light will illuminate. Empty the tank and reinsert it to resume operation.
- Continuous Drainage: For extended, uninterrupted operation, connect the included drain hose to the continuous drain outlet on the back of the unit. Route the hose to a floor drain or a suitable container, ensuring the hose is sloped downwards for gravity drainage.

3.4 Power Connection
Plug the power cord into a grounded 115V/60Hz electrical outlet.
4. Operation
4.1 Control Panel
The control panel features intuitive buttons and indicators for easy operation.
- Power Button: Turns the unit on or off.
- Mode Button: Cycles through Dehumidify, Laundry Drying, and Fan modes.
- Fan Speed Button: Adjusts fan speed (Low, Medium, High).
- Timer Button: Sets the auto-on or auto-off timer (1-24 hours).
- Humidity Setting Buttons (+/-): Adjusts the desired humidity level (30% - 80% RH).
- Humidity Indicator Light: Changes color based on current room humidity (e.g., Blue for low, Green for ideal, Red for high).
- Full Tank Indicator: Illuminates when the water tank is full.
4.2 Setting Desired Humidity
- Press the Power button to turn on the unit.
- Use the + or - buttons to set your desired humidity level. The recommended range for comfort is 45% to 55% Relative Humidity (RH).
- The unit will operate until the set humidity level is reached, then cycle on and off to maintain it.
4.3 Mode Selection
Press the Mode button to cycle through the following options:
- Dehumidify Mode: Standard operation to remove moisture and maintain set humidity.
- Laundry Drying Mode: Operates continuously at high fan speed to assist in drying clothes.
- Fan Mode: Circulates air without dehumidifying.
4.4 Fan Speed Adjustment
Press the Fan Speed button to select Low, Medium, or High fan speed. Higher fan speeds result in faster dehumidification and air circulation.
4.5 Timer Function
The timer allows you to set the unit to automatically turn on or off after a specified number of hours (1-24 hours).
- Auto-Off: With the unit running, press the Timer button and use +/- to set the desired off time.
- Auto-On: With the unit off, press the Timer button and use +/- to set the desired on time.
5. Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your dehumidifier.
5.1 Cleaning the Air Filter
The air filter should be cleaned every two weeks or more frequently depending on usage and air quality.
- Unplug the dehumidifier from the power outlet.
- Remove the air filter from the back of the unit.
- Wash the filter with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly.
- Allow the filter to air dry completely before reinstalling. Do not use a dryer or direct heat.
- Reinsert the dry filter into the unit.
5.2 Emptying and Cleaning the Water Tank
If using manual drainage, empty the tank when the 'Full Tank' indicator illuminates. Clean the tank periodically to prevent mold and mildew growth.
- Unplug the dehumidifier.
- Carefully pull out the water tank.
- Empty the collected water.
- Clean the tank with warm water and a mild detergent. Rinse thoroughly.
- Ensure the tank is completely dry before reinserting it into the unit.
5.3 Cleaning the Exterior
Wipe the exterior of the unit with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
5.4 Storage

- Unplug the unit and empty the water tank.
- Clean the air filter and the water tank.
- Coil the power cord neatly.

6. Troubleshooting
