Operating Instructions
Adjusting Resistance
The elliptical trainer features 16 levels of magnetic resistance. To adjust the resistance, simply turn the tension control knob located below the console. Turn clockwise to increase resistance (HLGH) and counter-clockwise to decrease resistance (LOW). Start with a lower resistance level and gradually increase as your fitness improves.
