Massage Attachments

Setup
Charging the Device
- Before first use, fully charge the massage gun.
- Connect the USB charging cable to the charging port at the base of the massage gun.
- Plug the other end of the USB cable into a compatible USB power adapter (not included) or a computer USB port.
- The indicator lights will illuminate to show charging status. A full charge takes approximately 180 minutes.
- Once fully charged, disconnect the charging cable.
Attaching/Removing Massage Heads
- Ensure the massage gun is turned off before attaching or removing heads.
- To attach, gently push the desired massage head into the opening at the front of the gun until it is securely in place.
- To remove, firmly pull the massage head straight out from the opening.
Operating Instructions
- Power On: Press and hold the power button located at the base of the handle for 2 seconds to turn on the device. The device will start at the lowest speed setting.
- Adjust Speed: Press the power button repeatedly to cycle through the 6 available speed settings. Each press increases the intensity. The indicator lights will show the current speed level.
- Apply to Body: Gently apply the massage gun to the desired muscle area. Do not apply excessive pressure. Move the massager slowly over the muscle.
- Target Areas: Use on areas such as the back, legs, neck, and shoulders to help relieve muscle tension.
- Session Duration: For optimal results and to prevent overheating, limit each massage session to 10-15 minutes per body area.
- Power Off: Press and hold the power button for 2 seconds to turn off the device.
Maintenance
- Cleaning: Turn off the device and disconnect it from the charger before cleaning. Wipe the surface of the massage gun with a slightly damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse in water.
- Storage: Store the massage gun and its attachments in the provided storage case in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
- Battery Care: To prolong battery life, charge the device fully before storing for extended periods. Recharge every 3-6 months if not in regular use.
