You can connect up to 64 devices simultaneously to the Wi-Fi network.

5.2. Wired Connectivity

Utilize the two Gigabit LAN ports for stable and high-speed wired connections to devices such as desktop computers, smart TVs, gaming consoles, or network-attached storage (NAS).

5.3. Security

The router supports WPA3 security protocol, providing enhanced protection for your wireless network. It is recommended to always use strong, unique passwords for your Wi-Fi and router management interface.

5.4. 5G/4G Network Status

Monitor the signal strength LED indicator on the front panel to ensure optimal 5G/4G cellular reception. If the signal is weak, try repositioning the router to an area with better coverage.

6. Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the router. Do not use liquid or aerosol cleaners.

7. Troubleshooting

No Internet Connection

  • Check SIM Card: Ensure the SIM card is correctly inserted and active with a data plan.
  • Signal Strength: Verify the signal strength LED. If it's weak or off, try moving the router to a location with better cellular reception.
  • APN Settings: Log into the web management interface and check the APN settings. These should typically be configured automatically, but manual adjustment might be needed for some providers.
  • Restart Router: Power cycle the router.

Slow Wi-Fi Speed

  • Router Placement: Ensure the router is centrally located and free from obstructions.
  • Interference: Keep the router away from other electronic devices (microwaves, cordless phones) that operate on similar frequencies.
  • Band Selection: For devices close to the router, try connecting to the 5 GHz Wi-Fi band for faster speeds.
  • Number of Devices: Too many devices connected simultaneously can reduce speed.
  • Signal Strength: Check the signal strength of your connected device to the router.

Cannot Access Web Management Interface

  • IP Address: Ensure you are using the correct IP address (e.g., 192.168.0.1).
  • Connection: Verify your device is connected to the router's Wi-Fi or via an Ethernet cable.
