3. Setup and Assembly
3.1. Installing Tail Fins
Ensure the tail fins are securely installed before flight. Refer to the product diagram for correct orientation.
3.2. Battery Installation and Charging
Install the provided Li-Po batteries into the aircraft. Use the charging cable to fully charge the batteries before first use. Ensure the remote control also has fresh batteries installed.
3.3. Remote Controller Pairing
To pair the remote controller with the aircraft:
- Open the battery cover of the remote controller.
- Press the power switch on the remote controller.
- Wait for a beeping sound, which indicates successful pairing.
- Once the remote can control the aircraft, securely close the battery cover.
Warning: If pairing fails, ensure the remote control batteries are correctly installed and try again.

4. Operating Instructions
4.1. Remote Control Layout

The remote control features a 4-channel system for precise flight control. Key controls include:
- Throttle Lever: Controls aircraft speed and altitude.
- Elevator Lever: Controls pitch (nose up/down).
- Rudder Gear: Controls yaw (nose left/right).
- Fine Adjustment Buttons: For trimming flight characteristics.
- A/B/C Three-Gear Mode Switch: Selects flight mode (Beginner, Intermediate, 3D).
4.2. Flight Modes and Warnings
The aircraft features different flight control modes:
- High/Low Speed Mode: The upper left switch toggles between low speed (default) and high speed mode (indicated by a "BB" sound).
- Flight Control Modes (A/B/C):
- Mode A (Beginner Mode): Features a built-in gyro stabilizer for auto-stabilized flight. Provides smaller tail movement for gentle turns and a slower climb rate with elevator input.
- Mode B (Intermediate Mode): Also includes a gyro stabilizer. Offers larger tail movement for tighter turns and a faster climb rate with elevator input.
- Mode C (3D Mode): Designed for advanced aerobatics such as knife-edge flying, barrel rolls, and flips. This mode is not recommended for beginners and should only be activated above 100 feet (30 meters) to allow for safe recovery.

4.3. Takeoff Procedures
The DEERC F35 supports two takeoff methods:
- Taxi Takeoff: Turn on the low or high speed throttle (upper left switch). Low speed mode requires a longer taxiing distance. This method is suitable for smooth surfaces like paved roads. Avoid grass, oily roads, mud, or uneven terrain for taxi takeoff.
- Hand-throw Takeoff: Turn on the high speed throttle (upper left switch) and allow the motor to run for 5 seconds. Gently throw the aircraft forward in a smooth motion.

4.4. Flight Control
Once the aircraft reaches an altitude of approximately 10 meters and a distance of 30 meters, you can begin turning maneuvers.
- High Speed Turn (High Speed Mode): Maintain throttle at 70%. Apply elevator input and use Mode B for tighter turns. Mode B increases control surface deflection.
- Low Speed Turn (Low Speed Mode): Maintain throttle at 100%. Mode A allows for a wider turning radius, while Mode B allows for tighter turns.

4.5. Aerobatics
The DEERC F35 is capable of various aerobatic maneuvers, especially in Mode C (3D Mode). These include:
- 3D flips
- Mirror flight
- 360° spins
- Falling-leaf stunts
Note: Aerobatic maneuvers require practice and should be performed at a safe altitude.

4.6. Landing Procedures
Landing requires a clear area of approximately 30-50 meters.
- Gradually reduce throttle in the following sequence: 100% → 70% → 50% → 30%.
- At an altitude of 5-7 meters, maintain elevator input.
- At 2 meters above the ground, completely cut the throttle while maintaining elevator input for a smooth glide and touchdown.

5. Maintenance
The DEERC F35 is constructed from durable EPP foam, designed to minimize damage from impacts. However, regular inspection and care are recommended.
- Post-Flight Inspection: After each flight, inspect the aircraft for any visible damage to the foam, wings, tail, or propeller.
- Cleaning: Gently wipe the aircraft with a soft, dry cloth to remove dirt or debris. Avoid using harsh chemicals.
- Storage: Store the aircraft in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Remove batteries if storing for extended periods.
- Repairs: Minor foam damage can often be repaired using the included glue or a suitable foam-safe adhesive.

6. Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Aircraft does not respond to remote control. | Pairing failed; low battery in remote or aircraft. | Re-attempt pairing process. Ensure all batteries are fully charged. |
| Aircraft loses power during flight. | Low aircraft battery. | Land immediately. Recharge aircraft battery. Monitor low-power alert. |
| Aircraft is unstable or difficult to control. | Incorrect flight mode; strong winds; trim settings incorrect. | Ensure you are in Beginner (Mode A) or Intermediate (Mode B) mode. Avoid flying in strong winds. Adjust trim settings on the remote control. |
| Aircraft crashes frequently in 3D Mode. | Insufficient altitude for 3D maneuvers; pilot experience. | Only activate 3D Mode above 100 ft (30 m). Practice in simpler modes before attempting 3D aerobatics. |
