Product Overview and Features
The CooSpo Electric SUP Pump AP-WAVE20 is designed for convenience and efficiency in inflating and deflating outdoor gear.
Key Features:
- Two-Stage Inflation: Features a rapid inflation stage (230 L/min) for quick volume fill, followed by a precise high-pressure stage (120 L/min) up to 20 PSI. Automatic switching between stages ensures efficient inflation.
- Rechargeable Battery: Equipped with 3 x 21700 4000 mAh batteries (32.76 Wh) for extended use. A full charge can inflate up to 3 paddleboards (3.2m) to 12 PSI. Supports 30W fast charging via Type-C and 12V DC car power.
- Intelligent Pressure Control: High-precision LED digital display allows pressure setting from 0.3 to 20 PSI. Automatic shut-off prevents over-inflation.
- Universal Compatibility: Includes 7 interchangeable nozzles for use with SUPs, kayaks, air mattresses, camping tents, inflatable floats, and more.
- Inflation and Deflation: Supports both inflation and rapid deflation functions for easy packing and storage.
- Quiet Operation: Improved sound-insulated structure reduces noise level to ≤ 90 dB at 1.5 meters.
- Safety Protections: Integrated overheat protection and stable operation within 0-45° C.

Operating Instructions
Inflation:
- Power On: Press the power button (ⓘ) to turn on the pump. The LED display will light up.
- Set Target Pressure: Use the '+' and '-' buttons to adjust the desired pressure (PSI or KPA). Refer to your inflatable's manufacturer recommendations for the correct pressure.
- Start Inflation: Press the 'START' button. The pump will begin inflating in the rapid fill stage, then automatically switch to the high-pressure stage as it approaches the target pressure.
- Automatic Shut-off: The pump will automatically stop once the set pressure is reached.
- Disconnect: Disconnect the hose from the inflatable and the pump.
Deflation:
- Attach Hose for Deflation: Connect one end of the flexible air hose to the pump's deflation port (usually on the left side when facing the display).
- Connect to Inflatable: Attach the appropriate nozzle to the other end of the hose and insert it into the inflatable's valve.
- Start Deflation: Press the power button, then press the 'START' button. The pump will begin to extract air from the inflatable.

Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Pump does not turn on. | Low battery or no charge. | Charge the pump fully using the Type-C cable or car charger. |
| Pump inflates slowly or not to target pressure. | Incorrect nozzle, hose not securely attached, or air leak. | Ensure the correct nozzle is used and securely attached. Check hose connections for leaks. Verify the inflatable's valve is properly sealed. |
| Pump stops unexpectedly. | Overheat protection activated or target pressure reached. | Allow the pump to cool down. Check the set pressure on the display. |
| Excessive noise during operation. | Normal operation during high-pressure stage. | This is typical for high-pressure pumps. Ensure the pump is on a stable surface. |
