4. Setup Instructions

• Charger Not Activating (No Blue LED):

  • Check for any obstructions on the panel surface (dirt, snow, leaves).
• Battery Not Charging (No Red LED):
  • Verify that the battery connections (clamps or cigarette lighter adapter) are secure and correctly polarized (red to positive, black to negative).
