1. Introduction

4. Setup and Assembly

4.1 Assembly

1. Attach the Handle: Insert the handle assembly into the main unit until it clicks securely into place.
2. Position the Charging Base: Place the charging base on a flat, dry surface near a power outlet.
3. Connect Power: Plug the power adapter into the charging base and then into a wall outlet.

4.2 Initial Charging

Before first use, fully charge the device. Place the assembled unit onto the charging base. The LED display will indicate charging status. A full charge takes approximately 4-5 hours.

4.3 Filling the Clean Water Tank

Locate the clean water tank (600ml capacity). Open the cap, fill with clean tap water. For enhanced cleaning, a small amount of non-foaming floor cleaning solution can be added (refer to solution manufacturer's instructions). Close the cap securely.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Powering On/Off and Mode Selection

The device features an intelligent LED display and voice prompts for intuitive operation. There are three cleaning modes:

• Deep Cleaning Mode: Press the power button once. (Indicated by "Deep Cleaning" on LED, white light).
• Silent Vacuum Mode: Press the power button a second time. (Indicated by "Silent Cleaning" on LED, green light). This mode is for dry vacuuming.
• Power Off: Press the power button a third time to turn off the device.

5.2 Cleaning Operation

The W12SE is designed for use on sealed hard floors such as tiles, marble, wood, and laminate. It effectively cleans both wet and dry messes.

• Ensure the clean water tank is filled and the dirty water tank is empty before starting.
• Select the appropriate cleaning mode. For wet messes or washing, use Deep Cleaning mode. For dry debris, Silent Vacuum mode.
• Move the device slowly and steadily across the floor. The self-propelled brush roll assists in movement.
• The anti-tangle design helps prevent hair from wrapping around the brush roll.
• The device offers up to 45 minutes of runtime, covering areas up to 150 m² on a single charge.

6. Maintenance and Care

6.1 Self-Cleaning Function

After each use, place the device back on the charging base. Press the self-cleaning button (if available, or follow voice prompt instructions). The self-cleaning mode will rinse the brush roll and internal tubes, ensuring hygienic maintenance without touching dirty water.

6.2 Emptying the Dirty Water Tank

The dirty water tank (550ml capacity) should be emptied after each use. Remove the tank, open the lid, and dispose of the dirty water. Rinse the tank thoroughly with clean water and allow it to air dry before reattaching.

6.3 Cleaning the Brush Roll

Even with self-cleaning, periodic manual inspection and cleaning of the brush roll is recommended. Remove the brush roll cover and then the brush roll. Use the provided cleaning brush to remove any tangled hair or debris. Rinse the brush roll under running water and allow it to dry completely before reinserting.

Regularly check and clean the filter located in the dirty water tank. Rinse it under running water and ensure it is completely dry before reassembling. Replace the filter if it shows signs of wear or damage.
