4.1 Locating Items

• Proximity Tracking (Bluetooth): When your item is within Bluetooth range (up to 60 meters/200 feet without obstacles), open the respective app ("Find My" or "Google Find Hub") and select your VOCOlinc Smart Tag. You can then trigger an audible alert on the tag to help pinpoint its exact location.
• Long-Distance Tracking (Network): If your item is out of Bluetooth range, the app will display its last known location on a map. The extensive networks of Apple and Google devices anonymously detect your tag's location, updating its position on your map. You can use the app to navigate to the item's location.

4.2 Alerts and Lost Mode

• Forget Alerts (iOS Only): Configure the "Find My" app to send you instant notifications if you leave your VOCOlinc Smart Tag (and the attached item) behind at a specific location. This feature is currently not available on Google systems.
• Lost Mode: If your Smart Tag is lost, activate "Lost Mode" in your app. When another device on the Apple "Find My" or Google "Find Hub" network detects your tag, you will receive an automatic notification of its location.

5.1 Charging

The VOCOlinc Smart Tag features a rechargeable battery that provides up to 6 months of use on a single charge. To charge your device, place it on any Qi-certified magnetic wireless charger. The tag will indicate when charging is complete.
