1. Introduction

This manual provides essential information for the safe and effective operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of your AROEVE AP04 Air Purifier. Please read it thoroughly before using the appliance and retain it for future reference.

2. Safety Instructions

The AROEVE AP04 Air Purifier is designed to improve indoor air quality by filtering various airborne particles. Key features include an air quality sensor, multiple fan speeds, a timer function, and a quiet sleep mode.

Control Panel

The control panel is located on the top of the unit and features touch-sensitive buttons for various functions and an indicator light for air quality.

4. Setup

4.1 Unpacking

  1. Carefully remove the air purifier from its packaging.
  2. Remove all plastic packaging materials from the unit and the filter.

4.2 Filter Installation

The air purifier comes with a filter that needs to be installed before first use. Ensure the plastic packaging is removed from the filter.

  1. Locate the filter cover on the side of the unit.
  2. Grab the rope or tab on the filter cover and gently pull to open it.
  3. Remove the new filter from its plastic packaging.
  4. Insert the filter into the compartment, ensuring it is correctly positioned.
  5. Close the filter cover securely.

4.3 Placement

Place the air purifier in a location where air can circulate freely around it. Avoid placing it directly against walls or furniture that might block the air intake or outlet.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Power On/Off

Plug the power cord into a suitable electrical outlet. Press the power button on the control panel to turn the unit on or off.

5.2 Fan Speed Modes

Press the fan speed button to cycle through available fan speeds: 1 (low), 2 (medium), and Auto mode. In Auto mode, the fan speed adjusts automatically based on detected air quality.

5.3 Timer Settings

Press the timer button to set the operating duration. Available options are 8 hours, 12 hours, and 24 hours. The unit will automatically turn off after the selected time.

5.4 Sleep Mode

Activate sleep mode for quiet operation. In this mode, the fan runs at a low speed with minimal noise, and all indicator lights turn off to avoid disturbance.

5.5 Air Quality Indicator

The built-in dust sensor automatically detects air quality and displays it via an indicator light on the top of the unit:

  • Blue: Good air quality
  • Yellow: Moderate air quality
  • Red: Poor air quality

6. Maintenance

6.1 Filter Replacement

To maintain optimal purification performance, replace the air filter every 3-5 months. The replacement process is the same as the initial installation (refer to Section 4.2).

6.2 Cleaning the Unit

  • Wipe the exterior of the air purifier with a soft, dry cloth.
  • Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
  • Periodically clean the air intake and outlet grilles with a soft brush or vacuum cleaner attachment to remove dust buildup.
