Height Adjustment

To adjust the seat height, locate the lever under the seat on the right side. While seated, pull the lever upwards to lower the seat. To raise the seat, stand up slightly to relieve weight from the seat, then pull the lever upwards. The gas lift mechanism allows for smooth height adjustments between 24.8 inches and 33.5 inches.

Maintenance and Care

To ensure the longevity and appearance of your bar stools, follow these maintenance guidelines:

  • Cleaning: The PU leather surface is easy to clean. Wipe spills immediately with a soft, damp cloth. For general cleaning, use a mild soap solution and wipe dry with a clean cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
  • Inspection: Periodically check all screws and connections to ensure they are tight. Re-tighten if necessary to maintain stability.
  • Avoid Direct Sunlight: Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight can cause the PU leather to fade or crack.
  • Weight Capacity: Do not exceed the maximum weight capacity of 331 lbs (150 kg) to prevent damage.

Troubleshooting

If you encounter any issues with your bar stools, refer to the following common solutions:

  • Stool feels wobbly: Ensure all screws and bolts are securely tightened. Check that the base is on a flat, even surface.
  • Height adjustment not working: Verify that the gas lift lever is fully engaged. If the issue persists, ensure no obstructions are preventing the gas lift from functioning.
  • Seat is lopsided: Recheck the assembly of the seat to the backrest and the connection to the gas lift. Ensure all components are aligned correctly and tightened evenly.
