5. Operating Instructions
5.1. Virtual Shifting with GEOID Key
The GEOID Key enables 24-stage virtual shifting with a single button press. GEOID's proprietary Multi-Parameter Shift Simulation (MPSS) algorithm analyzes your speed and cadence to automatically adjust resistance, providing a natural riding feel similar to mechanical gear changes. Pair the GEOID Key with the GEOID VE200 using the OnelapFit app for a complete virtual shifting experience. Virtual shifting eliminates chain noise and makes shifting smoother and more precise.

5.2. Connectivity (Bluetooth + Wi-Fi)
The GEOID VE200 trainer supports both BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy) and Wi-Fi dual protocols, ensuring stable connection across various network environments. This prevents connection drops, allowing for uninterrupted riding. It is widely compatible with popular cycling applications such as Onelap Fit, Zwift, MyWhoosh, Rouvy, BKOOL, TrainerRoad, Kinomap, and FulGaz.
Multi-channel Bluetooth allows simultaneous connection of multiple devices. The heart rate bridge feature supports connecting other devices even after the app is linked, and for Apple TV users, it saves Bluetooth slots by combining heart rate monitor and trainer functions.

5.3. ERG Mode
The GEOID VE200 allows you to customize ERG resistance response across 3 stages for a comfortable ride, suitable even for beginners. The OnelapFit app enables pre-customization of your exclusive training experience, focusing on achieving the freedom of real cycling. ERG mode offers three distinct levels of resistance adjustment:
- Fast (1-3 seconds): For quick resistance changes, ideal for interval training.
- Medium (3-5 seconds): Balanced response for varied workouts.
- Slow (5-8 seconds): Gradual resistance changes for steady-state efforts.
Note: The virtual shift function is not available when operating in ERG mode.
