1. Important Safety Information

Please read this manual carefully before operating your DEEPOWER H20 PRO electric bicycle. Failure to follow these instructions can result in serious injury or damage to the product. Always wear a helmet and appropriate safety gear when riding. Familiarize yourself with local traffic laws and regulations regarding electric bicycles.

  • Always wear a certified helmet and protective gear.
  • Perform a pre-ride inspection before each use.
  • Do not ride under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
  • Be aware of your surroundings and ride defensively.
  • Do not exceed the maximum recommended weight capacity of 330 lbs (150 kg).
  • Ensure all components are securely fastened before riding.

2. Package Contents

Your DEEPOWER H20 PRO electric bicycle package includes the following items:

3. Assembly Instructions

Your DEEPOWER H20 PRO electric bicycle arrives 90% pre-assembled. Follow these steps to complete the assembly:

  1. Unpacking: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Retain the original packaging for warranty service if needed.
  2. Front Wheel Installation: Attach the front wheel to the fork. Ensure the quick-release skewer or axle nuts are tightened securely.
  3. Handlebar Adjustment: Adjust the handlebar to a comfortable riding position and tighten all bolts.
  4. Pedal Installation: Identify the left (L) and right (R) pedals. Thread the pedals into the crank arms by hand, then tighten with a wrench. Note that the left pedal is reverse-threaded.
  5. Seat Post Installation: Insert the seat post into the frame and adjust the seat height for comfortable pedaling. Secure with the quick-release lever.
  6. Fender Attachment: Install the front and rear fenders using the provided hardware.
  7. Battery Installation: Insert the battery securely into its compartment. Ensure it clicks into place.
  8. Final Checks: Double-check all bolts, nuts, and quick releases for tightness. Ensure brakes are functioning correctly.

4. Battery Information and Charging

The DEEPOWER H20 PRO is equipped with a removable 48V battery, available in 20Ah, 35Ah, or 60Ah capacities. The 60Ah version includes two batteries for extended range.

4.1. Charging the Battery

  • Connect the charger to the battery charging port.
  • Plug the charger into a standard wall outlet.
  • The charging indicator light on the charger will show the charging status (typically red for charging, green for fully charged).
  • A full charge takes approximately 6-7 hours.
  • Do not overcharge the battery. Disconnect the charger once charging is complete.
  • Charge the battery in a dry, well-ventilated area, away from flammable materials.

The battery features an intelligent BMS (Battery Management System) for active protection, ensuring safety and reliability during use and charging.

5. Operating Your E-Bike

5.1. Riding Modes

The DEEPOWER H20 PRO offers three distinct riding modes to suit various preferences and terrains:

  • Pedal-Only Mode: Ride the bicycle like a traditional bike, using only your leg power.
  • Electric-Only Mode (Throttle Only): Engage the throttle for full electric power without pedaling. This mode provides effortless propulsion.
  • Pedal-Assist Mode: The motor provides assistance as you pedal, making riding easier, especially on inclines or for longer distances. The level of assistance can typically be adjusted via the display.

5.2. Centralized Full-Color LED Display

The bicycle is equipped with a centralized full-color LED display that provides essential riding information at a glance.

6. Riding Features

6.1. Powerful Motor

The DEEPOWER H20 PRO is equipped with a robust 250W motor, delivering 120 N.m of torque. This motor provides ample power to conquer inclines up to 30 degrees and reach a maximum speed of 25 KM/H (with speed limiter engaged, as per regulations).

6.2. Dual Suspension System

6.3. Reliable Dual Disc Brakes

6.4. 20"x4.0" Fat Tires

The 20"x4.0" anti-puncture fat tires provide excellent grip and stability across diverse terrains, including sand, snow, rocky trails, and urban environments. Combined with the full suspension, they offer a stable and controlled ride.

6.6. Comfortable Seating

7. Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your DEEPOWER H20 PRO electric bicycle.

  • Cleaning: Clean your bike regularly with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid high-pressure washing directly on electrical components.
