3. Setup and Assembly

The YOSUDA exercise bike is designed for straightforward assembly. All necessary tools are included.

Assembly Steps:

  1. Unpack all components and ensure all parts listed in the included assembly guide are present.
  2. Attach the front and rear stabilizers to the main frame using the provided bolts and washers.
  3. Install the pedals, ensuring the left and right pedals are correctly oriented (marked 'L' and 'R').
  4. Mount the seat and backrest onto the seat post. Adjust the seat height and position for comfort.
  5. Attach the handlebars and the LCD monitor to the main frame, connecting any necessary cables.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Adjusting Resistance

The bike features 16 levels of magnetic resistance. To adjust the resistance, turn the knob located on the main frame. Turn clockwise for higher resistance and counter-clockwise for lower resistance.

  • Levels 1-4: Warm-up / Light Cruise
  • Levels 5-8: Fat Burning / Moderate Pace
  • Levels 9-12: Hill Climb / Increased Intensity
  • Levels 13-16: Sprint / HIIT Training

4.2 Using the LCD Monitor

The integrated LCD monitor displays your workout data in real-time. It is powered by batteries (not included, typically AA).

  • Time: Duration of your current workout.
  • Speed: Current cycling speed.
  • Distance: Distance covered during the current workout.

  • Odometer: Total accumulated distance.

6. Troubleshooting
