1. Introduction

3. Setup and Installation

3.1 Mounting the Main Unit

4.2 Wireless Android Auto Connection

To connect your Android phone wirelessly:

  1. On the U7 unit, select the Android Auto icon.
  2. On your Android phone, enable Wi-Fi and Bluetooth.
  3. In your Android phone's Bluetooth settings, select the U7 unit's Bluetooth name (e.g., 'XXX_XXXXXX').
  4. Confirm the connection on both devices. Android Auto will then launch on the U7 screen.

4.3 GPS Navigation

The U7 features a high-sensitivity GPS module that supports offline maps. This allows for navigation even in areas without cellular signal. Access navigation applications through the Android 14 OS or via CarPlay/Android Auto. Download necessary offline maps in advance for uninterrupted guidance.
