The RUIZU 64GB Clip MP3 Player is a portable music device designed for active lifestyles.   • Power On/Off: Located on the top right.
  • Menu Button: Accesses menu options. Long press to lock keys.

3. Setup

3.1 Charging the Device

Before first use, fully charge the MP3 player. Connect the included USB-C cable to the player's USB-C port and the other end to a computer or a USB wall adapter (not included). A full charge takes approximately 1.5 hours and provides up to 24 hours of music playback.

3.2 Transferring Music Files

To transfer music, connect the MP3 player to your computer using the USB-C cable. The device will appear as a removable disk. Drag and drop your music files (MP3, WMA, APE, FLAC, WAV, DRM, ACELP, OGG) directly into the player's storage or organized folders. No special software is required.

3.3 Expanding Storage with MicroSD Card

The player has 64GB of built-in storage. If more space is needed, insert a microSD card (up to 128GB, not included) into the microSD card slot on the left side of the device. The player will automatically recognize the additional storage.

3.4 Bluetooth Pairing

The RUIZU MP3 Player supports Bluetooth 5.3 for wireless audio. It is compatible with Bluetooth headphones and speakers ONLY. It does not connect to smartphones or other devices.

  1. Turn on your Bluetooth headphones or speaker and set them to pairing mode.
  2. On the MP3 player, navigate to the Bluetooth menu.
  3. Select "Search for Devices" or similar option.
  4. Choose your device from the list to pair.
  5. Once paired, the player will auto-reconnect to the last paired device when both are powered on and within range.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Basic Navigation and Controls

The MP3 player features simple physical buttons for intuitive control.

  • Power On/Off: Press and hold the Power button on the top right to turn the device on or off.
  • Play/Pause/Enter: Press the central button to play or pause music, or to confirm a selection in menus.
  • Next/Previous Track: Use the left and right arrow buttons to skip tracks.
  • Volume Adjustment: Use the Volume + and - buttons on the left side.
  • Menu: Press the Menu button to access options within an application or to return to the main menu.
  • Return: Press the Return button to go back to the previous screen. Long press to return to the home screen.
  • Screen Lock: Long press the Menu button to lock the keys and prevent accidental presses. Repeat to unlock.

4.2 Music Playback

From the main menu, select "Music" to browse your audio files. You can organize songs by artist, album, or genre. The player supports shuffle play and creating playlists.

  • Resume Playback: The player remembers your last playback position, allowing you to continue listening from where you left off.
  • Bookmarks: You can set bookmarks within audio files, especially useful for audiobooks or podcasts.

4.3 FM Radio

To use the FM radio, connect wired headphones to the Aux port, as they act as the antenna. Navigate to the "FM Radio" option from the main menu. You can auto-scan for stations or manually tune.

4.4 Voice Recorder

Select "Voice Recorder" from the main menu to start recording audio. Recordings are saved to the device's internal storage.

4.5 Sleep Timer & Auto-Off

The sleep timer allows the player to automatically turn off after a set period, ideal for listening before bed. Access this feature through the settings menu.

5. Maintenance

6.3 Bluetooth Connection Issues

  • Ensure your Bluetooth headphones/speaker are in pairing mode.

  • Delete previous pairings on both devices and try pairing again.
  • Ensure the headphones/speaker are compatible (Bluetooth headphones and speakers ONLY).
  • Reduce the distance between the player and the Bluetooth device.

6.4 No Sound

  • Check the volume level on the MP3 player and your connected headphones/speaker.
  • Ensure headphones are properly plugged into the Aux port if using wired.
  • Verify Bluetooth connection if using wireless headphones/speaker.
