Setup Instructions

1. NVR Initial Setup

  1. Connect Power: Plug the NVR power adapter into the NVR and a power outlet.
  2. Connect Mouse: Plug the included USB mouse into the NVR's USB port.
  3. Network Connection (Optional): For remote viewing via the mobile app, connect the NVR to your router using the provided Ethernet cable.
  4. Power On: The NVR will power on automatically. Follow the on-screen instructions for initial setup, including language selection and time zone.

2. Camera Installation and Power

The cameras are 100% wireless for data transmission to the NVR via Wi-Fi, and are powered by solar energy and an internal battery. A cable is required to connect the camera to its solar panel.

  1. Mount Cameras: Securely mount each camera in your desired outdoor location using the provided camera mounts. Ensure the camera has a clear line of sight to the area you wish to monitor.
  2. Mount Solar Panels: Mount the solar panels in a location that receives maximum direct sunlight throughout the day.
  3. Connect Camera to Solar Panel: Use the provided cable to connect each camera to its respective solar panel. This cable is essential for charging the camera's internal battery.
  4. Automatic Pairing: The cameras come pre-paired with the NVR. Once the cameras are powered on (via solar charging or initial battery charge), they should automatically connect to the NVR and display video feeds on the monitor.

Operating Instructions

1. NVR Touch Monitor Operation

The 10-inch NVR monitor features a touch interface for easy control.

  • Live View: Tap on a camera feed to view it in full screen. Swipe or tap to switch between cameras.
  • Playback: Access recorded footage by tapping the playback icon. Use the timeline to navigate through recordings.
  • Settings: Access system settings to configure recording schedules, motion detection zones, alarm settings, and network options.

2. Mobile Application (EseeCloud App)

Download the EseeCloud app from your smartphone's app store to access your security system remotely.

  1. Download & Install: Search for "EseeCloud" in your app store and install it.
  2. Register Account: Create a new account or log in if you already have one.
  3. Add Device: Follow the in-app instructions to add your NVR system. This typically involves scanning a QR code on the NVR or entering its device ID.
  4. Remote Access: Once connected, you can view live streams, play back recordings, receive alerts, and control camera pan/tilt functions from anywhere with an internet connection.

3. Recording Modes
