Setup and Assembly
Follow these steps to assemble your food chopper before use:
- Place the Anti-slip Base: Position the anti-slip rubber ring on a clean, dry, and stable surface. Place the glass bowl onto the anti-slip base.
- Install the Blade Assembly: Carefully place the blade assembly onto the central shaft inside the glass bowl. Ensure it sits securely.
- Add Ingredients: Place your desired ingredients into the glass bowl. Do not exceed the MAX fill line. For best results, cut larger ingredients into smaller, uniform pieces (approx. 3 cm).
- Secure the Lid: Place the transparent lid onto the glass bowl, ensuring it is properly aligned and locked into place.
- Attach the Motor Unit: Carefully place the motor unit onto the lid, aligning the drive shaft with the blade assembly.
- Connect to Power: Plug the power cord into a suitable electrical outlet.

Operating Instructions
Your LINKChef Electric Food Chopper features two speed settings for versatile processing:
- Speed I (for soft ingredients): Ideal for chopping onions, tomatoes, pumpkin, mushrooms, peppers, and other soft foods.
- Speed II (for hard ingredients): Suitable for processing meat, carrots, nuts, garlic, and other harder ingredients.
To Operate:
- Ensure the chopper is correctly assembled and plugged in.
- Press and hold the desired speed button (I or II) on the motor unit. The chopper will start operating.
- Use short pulses for coarse chopping or hold longer for finer results.
- Release the button to stop the operation.
- Once processing is complete, unplug the appliance before disassembling and removing food.


Cleaning and Maintenance
Proper cleaning and maintenance will extend the life of your LINKChef Electric Food Chopper.
- Unplug: Always unplug the appliance from the power outlet before cleaning.
- Disassemble: Carefully disassemble all removable parts: the motor unit, lid, blade assembly, glass bowl, and anti-slip base.
- Clean Removable Parts: The glass bowl, lid, and blade assembly are dishwasher-safe (up to 55°C / 131°F). Alternatively, wash them by hand with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry immediately.
- Clean Motor Unit: Wipe the motor unit with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the motor unit in water or any other liquid.
