2. Safety Information
Operating this engine safely is paramount. Please read and understand all safety warnings before use.
- Carbon Monoxide Hazard: Engine exhaust contains carbon monoxide (CO), an odorless, colorless, and poisonous gas. Always operate the engine in a well-ventilated outdoor area. Never operate the engine indoors, in a garage, or any enclosed space.
- Fire Hazard: Gasoline is highly flammable and its vapors are explosive. Handle fuel with extreme care. Refuel in a well-ventilated area with the engine off and cool. Do not smoke or allow flames or sparks near the engine or fuel. Store fuel in approved containers.
- Burn Hazard: Engine components become very hot during operation and remain hot for a period after the engine is turned off. Avoid contact with hot engine parts to prevent burns.
- Moving Parts Hazard: Keep hands, feet, and clothing away from all moving parts, such as the recoil starter, flywheel, and shaft, to prevent injury.
- Eye Protection: Always wear appropriate eye protection when operating or servicing the engine.
- Hearing Protection: Prolonged exposure to engine noise can cause hearing damage. Wear hearing protection during operation.

3. What's in the Box
Upon unpacking, please verify that all components are present:

4. Setup
4.1 Initial Inspection
Before first use, inspect the engine for any signs of shipping damage, loose fasteners, or leaks. Ensure all components are securely attached.
4.2 Adding Engine Oil
The engine is shipped without oil. It is critical to add the correct type and amount of engine oil before starting. Refer to the 'Specifications' section for oil type and capacity.
- Place the engine on a level surface.
- Unscrew the oil filler cap/dipstick.
- Carefully pour the recommended engine oil into the oil filler opening until it reaches the upper limit mark on the dipstick (do not overfill).
- Securely replace the oil filler cap/dipstick.
4.3 Adding Fuel
Use fresh, unleaded gasoline with an octane rating of 87 or higher. Do not use E85 or mixed gasoline/oil fuels.
- Ensure the engine is off and cool.
- Move the engine to a well-ventilated outdoor area for refueling.
- Unscrew the fuel tank cap.
- Carefully fill the fuel tank, avoiding spills. Do not fill above the red indicator line or the bottom of the filler neck.
- Securely replace the fuel tank cap. Wipe up any spilled fuel immediately.
4.4 Air Filter Check
Ensure the air filter is clean and properly installed before operation. A dirty air filter can reduce engine performance and lifespan.
5. Operating the Engine
5.1 Starting Procedure
- Ensure the engine is on a level surface.
- Check engine oil and fuel levels.
- Turn the engine switch to the 'ON' position.
- Move the choke lever to the 'CLOSED' position (for cold starts). For warm starts, the choke may not be necessary.
- Move the throttle lever to the 'FAST' position.
- Grasp the recoil starter handle firmly and pull slowly until resistance is felt, then pull quickly and smoothly to start the engine. Do not let the rope snap back.
- Once the engine starts, gradually move the choke lever to the 'OPEN' position as the engine warms up.

5.2 Running the Engine
Allow the engine to warm up for a few minutes before applying a load. Adjust the throttle to the desired engine speed for your application.
5.3 Stopping Procedure
- Move the throttle lever to the 'SLOW' or 'IDLE' position.
- Turn the engine switch to the 'OFF' position.
- Turn off the fuel valve (if equipped) for storage or extended periods of non-use.
6. Maintenance
Regular maintenance is crucial for the longevity and optimal performance of your Loncin G210F engine. Always ensure the engine is off and cool before performing any maintenance.
6.1 Air Filter Maintenance
The engine is equipped with an enlarged air filter for superior air intake cleaning. Clean the air filter regularly, especially when operating in dusty conditions.
- Remove the air filter cover.
- Remove the foam filter element.
- Wash the foam element in warm, soapy water, rinse thoroughly, and allow it to air dry completely.
- Lightly oil the foam element with clean engine oil, then squeeze out any excess oil.
- Reinstall the foam element and air filter cover.

6.2 Engine Oil Change
Change the engine oil after the first 20 hours of operation, and then every 50-100 hours or annually, whichever comes first.
- Run the engine for a few minutes to warm the oil, then turn it off.
- Place a suitable container under the oil drain plug.
- Remove the oil drain plug and the oil filler cap/dipstick to allow the oil to drain completely.
- Reinstall the oil drain plug securely.
- Refill with the recommended type and amount of new engine oil (refer to 'Specifications').
- Replace the oil filler cap/dipstick.
6.3 Spark Plug Inspection
Inspect the spark plug every 100 hours or annually. Clean or replace if necessary.
6.4 Fuel System Maintenance
Periodically check fuel lines and connections for leaks or damage. Clean the fuel filter (if equipped) as needed.
6.5 Storage
For extended storage, drain the fuel tank and carburetor, or add a fuel stabilizer. Change the engine oil, clean the air filter, and store the engine in a clean, dry area.
