Familiarize yourself with the main components of your Ganiza Blender:

  1. Motor Base: Contains the 1300W motor, power cord, and safety interlock mechanism. Features anti-slip feet for stability.
  2. Hexagonal Blade Assembly: Six-blade design made from 304 stainless steel, designed for efficient blending of various ingredients, including ice and nuts.
  3. Portable Cups: Three BPA-free cups (2 x 1100 ml, 1 x 660 ml) for blending and on-the-go consumption.
  4. Lids: Securely seal the portable cups for storage or transport.
  5. Power Cord: Connects the blender to an electrical outlet.

4. Setup and Assembly

Follow these steps to set up your blender for first use:

  1. Unpack: Carefully remove all components from the packaging.
  2. Clean: Before first use, wash the portable cups, lids, and blade assembly in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry. Wipe the motor base with a damp cloth.
  3. Position: Place the motor base on a clean, dry, stable, and flat surface. Ensure there is adequate ventilation around the unit.
  4. Assemble Cup:
    • Add your desired ingredients to one of the portable cups. Do not overfill; ensure ingredients are below the MAX fill line.
    • Screw the hexagonal blade assembly onto the open end of the cup until it is securely tightened.
  5. Attach to Base: Invert the assembled cup (with blade assembly facing down) and place it onto the motor base. Twist the cup clockwise until it locks securely into place. You should feel a click.
  6. Connect Power: Plug the power cord into a standard electrical outlet (220V).

5. Operating Instructions

Your Ganiza Blender is designed for powerful and efficient blending. Follow these steps for operation:

  1. Prepare: Ensure the blender is properly assembled and plugged in as described in the "Setup and Assembly" section.
  2. Start Blending: Once the cup is securely locked onto the motor base, the blender will begin operating automatically. The 1300W motor will process ingredients quickly.
  3. Monitor: Blend until your desired consistency is achieved. For best results with thicker mixtures, you may need to pulse the blender by twisting the cup on and off the base briefly.
  4. Stop Blending: To stop the blender, simply twist the cup counter-clockwise to unlock it from the motor base. The motor will immediately stop.
  5. Serve: Carefully remove the cup from the motor base. Unscrew the blade assembly and replace it with a portable lid if you wish to take your drink on the go.

Important Notes:

  • Do not operate the blender continuously for more than 1 minute to prevent overheating. If blending for longer periods, allow the motor to rest for at least 10 minutes between cycles.
  • The blender features overheating protection. If the motor overheats, it will automatically shut off. Unplug the unit and allow it to cool down for at least 30 minutes before attempting to use it again.
  • For optimal blending of hard ingredients like ice or nuts, ensure there is sufficient liquid in the cup.

6. Cleaning and Maintenance

Regular cleaning and maintenance will ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your Ganiza Blender.

  1. Unplug: Always ensure the blender is unplugged from the power outlet before cleaning.
  2. Disassemble: Remove the cup from the motor base and unscrew the blade assembly from the cup.
  3. Clean Cups and Lids:
    • Wash the portable cups and lids with warm, soapy water using the provided cleaning brush.
    • Alternatively, the cups and lids are dishwasher-safe (top rack recommended).
  4. Clean Blade Assembly:
    • Carefully rinse the blade assembly under running water. Use the cleaning brush to remove any food residue.
    • Caution: Blades are very sharp. Handle with extreme care to avoid injury.
    • The blade assembly is also dishwasher-safe.
  5. Clean Motor Base:
    • Wipe the exterior of the motor base with a damp cloth.
    • Do not immerse the motor base in water or any other liquid.
    • Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads, as they may damage the surface.
