Before first use, wipe the interior and exterior of the freezer with a soft cloth and mild detergent. Rinse with clean water and dry thoroughly.
4.3 Power Connection
Plug the freezer into a dedicated, grounded electrical outlet. Allow the freezer to stand upright for at least 2-4 hours before plugging it in to allow the refrigerant to settle. After plugging in, let the freezer run empty for 4-6 hours to reach its operating temperature before loading food.
5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Temperature Control
The freezer features a 7-level adjustable temperature control knob. You can customize the temperature from 6.8°F to -4°F (-14°C to -20°C) to suit your storage needs. Turn the knob to the desired setting. Lower numbers correspond to warmer temperatures, and higher numbers correspond to colder temperatures.

6. Maintenance
6.1 Defrosting
Over time, frost will accumulate inside the freezer. For optimal performance, defrost the freezer when the frost layer is about 1/4 inch thick.
- Unplug the freezer from the power outlet.
- Remove all food items and store them in another freezer or cooler.
- Open the drain plug located at the bottom of the freezer. Place a shallow pan or towel underneath to collect melted water.
- Leave the lid open to allow the frost to melt naturally. You can speed up the process by placing bowls of hot water inside (do not use sharp objects to scrape ice).
- Once defrosted, clean the interior with a mild detergent, rinse, and dry thoroughly.
- Close the drain plug, plug the freezer back in, and allow it to cool before returning food.
