Setup

1. Initial Charging

1. Charge the Case: Connect the provided USB charging cable to the USB-C port on the charging case and a power source (e.g., computer USB port, wall adapter). The LED digital display on the case will show the battery percentage increasing.
2. Charge the Earbuds: Place the earbuds into their respective charging slots in the case. Ensure the charging contacts align. The earbuds will begin charging automatically. The LED indicator on the earbuds may show a light during charging and turn off when fully charged.
3. Full Charge: For first-time use, fully charge both the charging case and the earbuds.

2. Bluetooth Pairing

1. Power On: Open the charging case. The earbuds will automatically power on and enter pairing mode. The LED indicator on one earbud will flash, indicating it is ready to pair.
2. Activate Bluetooth: On your device (smartphone, tablet, computer), enable Bluetooth.
3. Select Device: Search for "S12" in the list of available Bluetooth devices and select it to connect.
4. Connection Confirmation: Once connected, you will hear an audible confirmation, and the LED indicator on the earbuds will turn off or flash slowly.
5. Automatic Reconnection: After the initial pairing, the earbuds will automatically connect to the last paired device when removed from the charging case and Bluetooth is enabled on your device.

Power On/Off

Music Playback

• Play/Pause: Single tap on either earbud.
• Next Track: Double tap the right earbud.
• Previous Track: Double tap the left earbud.
• Volume Up: Triple tap the right earbud.
• Volume Down: Triple tap the left earbud.

Call Management

• Answer/End Call: Single tap on either earbud.
• Reject Call: Long-press on either earbud for 2 seconds.

Voice Assistant

Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues, try the following solutions:

Earbuds Not Pairing/Connecting

• Ensure both earbuds are charged.
• Place both earbuds back into the charging case, close the lid, wait a few seconds, then open the lid again to re-enter pairing mode.
• Turn off Bluetooth on your device, then turn it back on and try searching for "S12" again.
• Forget/delete "S12" from your device's Bluetooth list and attempt to pair again.
• Try pairing with a different device to rule out device-specific issues.

Only One Earbud Working

• Ensure both earbuds are charged.
• Place both earbuds back into the charging case, close the lid, and then open it again. This often forces them to re-sync.
• If the issue persists, perform a factory reset (refer to specific instructions if available, otherwise try long-pressing both earbuds simultaneously while in the case for 10 seconds).

No Sound or Low Volume

• Check the volume level on both your device and the earbuds.
