Keep Warm Function
After most cooking cycles, the cooker automatically switches to 'Keep Warm' mode to maintain food temperature. This function can also be manually selected by pressing 'Keep Warm/Cancel'.
Pressure Release Methods
- Natural Release: Allow the pressure to dissipate naturally. This is recommended for foods that expand, like grains and beans, or for large cuts of meat. The float valve will drop when pressure is fully released.
- Quick Release: Carefully turn the steam release valve to the 'Venting' position. Steam will rapidly escape. Use caution to avoid contact with hot steam. Only use for foods that do not foam or expand.
