Important Note on Water: To prevent limescale buildup, the use of purified or distilled water is highly recommended. If tap water is used, limescale may accumulate on the ironing plate, especially due to the suction mechanism. Should limescale appear, wipe it off with a soft cloth and store the unit in a clean condition.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Controls and Modes

The steamer offers three operating modes and a switch for the suction function:

  • Power/Steam Button: Short press to turn on. Long press for 2 seconds to turn off. After pre-heating, short press to cycle through Dry → Low Steam → High Steam modes.
  • Suction Button: Short press to activate suction, short press again to stop.

4.2 Steaming Garments

  1. Prepare Garment: Hang the garment on a hanger. The included door hanger can be used for convenience.
  2. Select Mode: Choose the appropriate mode (Dry, Low Steam, High Steam) based on the fabric type and wrinkle severity.
  3. Activate Suction (Optional): For optimal wrinkle removal, activate the suction function. The double-suction structure will hold the fabric firmly against the ironing plate, preventing lifting and ensuring even steam penetration.
  4. Steam: Gently glide the steamer head over the fabric. The combination of vacuum suction and high-temperature steam allows for efficient, one-pass wrinkle removal.
  5. Dry Mode (Pressing): The steamer can also be used in Dry mode for pressing, similar to a traditional iron.

5. Maintenance

5.1 Cleaning the Steamer

  • Always unplug the steamer and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
  • Wipe the exterior of the steamer with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
  • If limescale accumulates on the ironing plate (especially when using tap water), gently wipe it off with a soft cloth.
  • Empty any remaining water from the tank after each use to prevent stagnation and mineral buildup.

5.2 Filter Replacement

The steamer is equipped with a filter to capture fine dust and prevent internal clogging. Five replacement filters are included for prolonged clean use.

  1. Ensure the steamer is unplugged and cool.
  2. Locate the filter compartment (refer to product diagrams if needed).
  3. Remove the old filter and dispose of it.
  4. Insert a new replacement filter into the compartment.
  5. Close the compartment securely.
