Setup and Installation
The PROZOR Bluetooth Power Amplifier is designed for versatile installation, including outdoor environments. The included waterproof mounting box provides protection against dust and rain.
Mounting the Waterproof Box
- Choose a Location: Select a sheltered location for the waterproof box, such as under an eave or on a covered patio. While the box is waterproof, installing it in a protected area enhances durability and longevity.
- Secure Mounting: Use appropriate screws (not included) to securely mount the waterproof box to a wall or suitable surface. Ensure the mounting is stable to prevent accidental dislodgement.
- Orient Connections Downward: It is crucial to orient the amplifier's power and audio input/output connections downward. This prevents rain and dust from entering the interior through the box's cable holes, maintaining the integrity of the waterproof seal.

Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
| No sound output | Amplifier not powered on; incorrect speaker connections; Bluetooth not paired; volume too low. | Ensure amplifier is powered on. Check speaker wire polarity and secure connections. Verify Bluetooth pairing. Increase volume. |
| Cannot pair via Bluetooth | Incorrect pairing code; device out of range; Bluetooth not enabled on source device. | Ensure correct Bluetooth pairing code is used (refer to product packaging/documentation). Move device closer to amplifier (within 15m/50ft). Enable Bluetooth on your source device. |
| Poor sound quality / Distortion | Speaker impedance mismatch; loose connections; source audio quality. | Ensure speakers are within the 4-8 ohm range. Check all connections for tightness. Test with a different audio source. |
| Rattling sound from unit (if applicable) | Loose internal components due to assembly. | If a rattling sound is heard, carefully open the enclosure (if comfortable and safe to do so) and check for any loose screws or components. If the issue persists or you are uncomfortable, contact customer service. |
