3. Installation Instructions
Important: Ensure power is disconnected at the main circuit breaker before starting installation. Professional installation is recommended.
3.1. Ceiling Preparation
- Identify a suitable location on your ceiling that can support the fan's weight and allows for proper blade clearance.
- Ensure the ceiling junction box is securely mounted and rated for fan support.
3.2. Mounting Bracket Installation
- Attach the mounting bracket to the ceiling junction box using the provided screws and washers. Ensure it is firmly secured.
3.3. Downrod and Wiring
- Select the appropriate downrod (12.5 cm or 25 cm) based on your ceiling height. The fan is suitable for flat ceilings and sloped ceilings with an angle less than 15 degrees.
- Thread the electrical wires from the fan motor through the downrod.
- Insert the downrod into the fan motor housing and secure it with the provided pin and screw.
- Carefully lift the fan assembly and hang it on the mounting bracket.
- Connect the electrical wires (Live, Neutral, Ground) from the ceiling to the fan's wiring using the provided wire nuts. Ensure all connections are secure.

3.4. Blade Attachment
- Attach each fan blade to the blade holders using the screws provided.
- Secure the blade holders to the motor housing.
3.5. Light Fixture Installation
- Connect the light fixture wires to the corresponding wires from the fan motor.
- Attach the light fixture to the bottom of the fan motor housing.
3.6. Canopy Installation
- Slide the canopy up to the ceiling and secure it to the mounting bracket with the provided screws, covering all wiring.
4. Operating Instructions
After successful installation, restore power at the circuit breaker. The fan is operated using the included remote control.
4.1. Remote Control Functions

Image: Diagram of the remote control with labels for each button's function, including power, fan speed, light on/off, brightness, color temperature, night light mode, and timer.
- Power Button: Turns the fan and light on/off.
- Fan Speed Buttons: Adjusts between 6 fan speeds.
- Light On/Off: Toggles the light. (Light memory after 10s)
- Brightness +/-: Adjusts light brightness (10%-100%).
- Color Temperature Change: Cycles through 3000K, 4000K, and 6000K.
- Forward/Reverse Rotation: Changes blade direction for seasonal use.
- Night Light Mode: Activates a low-brightness light setting.
- Timer Buttons: Sets the fan/light to turn off after 1, 2, 4, or 8 hours.
4.2. Remote Control Pairing
If the remote control does not operate the fan, it may need to be paired. This is especially relevant if you have multiple fans or replace the remote.

Image: Step-by-step diagram showing how to pair the remote control. It involves turning off power, then turning it on and pressing a specific button on the remote within 5 seconds until a beep/flash confirms pairing.
- Ensure the fan's power is OFF for at least 1 minute.
- Turn the fan's power ON.
- Within 5 seconds of turning on the power, press and hold the 'Fan On/Off' button on the remote control until you hear a 'beep' or see the light flash, indicating successful pairing.
4.3. Fan Speed Adjustment (6 Modes)

Image: Visual representation of the 6 fan speed modes, categorized into Low (Levels 1-2 for comfortable wind), Medium (Levels 3-4 for natural wind), and High (Levels 5-6 for cooling air).
- Levels 1-2 (Low): Provides a gentle, comfortable breeze, ideal for quiet environments like bedrooms at night.
- Levels 3-4 (Medium): Offers a natural wind sensation, suitable for general air circulation in living areas.
- Levels 5-6 (High): Delivers strong cooling airflow, effective for quickly reducing room temperature or during physical activity.
4.4. Reversible Function for All Seasons

Image: Three diagrams illustrating the fan's reversible function: Forward (Summer Mode - downdraft airflow), Reverse (Spring/Autumn/Rainy days - enhance air circulation), and Reverse (Winter Mode - updraft airflow for heating circulation).
- Summer Mode (Forward): Blades rotate counter-clockwise, pushing air downwards to create a cooling effect.
- Winter Mode (Reverse): Blades rotate clockwise, drawing air upwards to circulate warm air trapped near the ceiling, helping to balance room temperature.
4.5. Adjustable LED Light

Image: Depicts the fan's light at three different color temperatures (3000K, 4000K, 6000K) and a brightness scale from 10% to 100%, demonstrating the adjustable lighting options.
- Color Temperature: Cycle through 3000K (Warm White), 4000K (Natural White), and 6000K (Cool White) to suit your preference or activity.
- Brightness: Adjust the light intensity from 10% to 100% using the brightness buttons on the remote.
5. Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your ceiling fan.
- Cleaning: Dust the fan blades and motor housing regularly with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents, as they may damage the finish.
- Blade Balance: If the fan wobbles, check that all blade screws are tight. A blade balancing kit (often included) can be used to correct minor imbalances.
- Electrical Connections: Periodically check all electrical connections for tightness. Ensure power is off before inspection.
- Light Source: The integrated LED light source is designed for long life and is not user-replaceable. If the light fails, contact customer support.
6. Troubleshooting
Refer to the following table for common issues and their solutions.
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Fan does not start | No power supply Loose wiring Remote not paired | Check circuit breaker and wall switch. Ensure all electrical connections are secure (power off first). Perform remote control pairing procedure (see Section 4.2). |
| Light does not work | No power to light Faulty LED driver | Check light switch on remote. Ensure wiring to light fixture is secure. Contact customer support if the LED light fails. |
| Fan wobbles excessively | Loose blade screws Unbalanced blades Loose mounting bracket | Tighten all blade screws. Use a blade balancing kit to correct imbalance. Ensure mounting bracket is securely fastened to the ceiling. |
| Remote control interference (multiple fans) | Multiple fans responding to one remote | Ensure each fan is paired individually to its dedicated remote. Follow the pairing instructions carefully for each unit, ensuring only one fan is powered on during its pairing process. |
| Fan makes unusual noise | Loose screws Motor issue | Check and tighten all screws on the fan blades, blade holders, and mounting. If noise persists, contact customer support. |
