Assembly Instructions
Follow these steps to assemble your plant stand. It is recommended to assemble on a soft, clean surface to prevent scratches.
- Step 1: Unpack and Identify Parts. Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Lay them out and compare them with the parts list in your manual to ensure everything is present.
- Step 2: Assemble the Base Frame. Connect the base metal frame pieces using the provided screws and Allen wrench. Ensure all connections are snug but do not overtighten initially.
- Step 3: Attach Vertical Supports. Secure the main vertical metal supports to the base frame.
- Step 4: Install Shelves. Attach the engineered wood shelves to the metal frame at the designated positions. The stand features 7 tiers.
- Step 5: Secure All Connections. Once all parts are in place, tighten all screws firmly.
- Step 6: Install Anti-Tip Kit. For safety, attach the anti-tip kit to the top of the plant stand and secure it to a wall stud according to the kit's instructions.
Operating Instructions: Grow Lights
Your HOOBRO Plant Stand includes a 3-head adjustable grow light system designed to support plant growth.
Connecting the Grow Lights
- Carefully attach the 3-head grow light unit to the desired locations on the plant stand using the integrated clips or ties.
- Plug the USB connector of the grow light into a compatible USB power adapter (not included) and then into a wall outlet.
Grow Light Control
The grow light unit features a controller with multiple functions:
- Power Button: Press to turn the lights ON or OFF.
- Brightness Adjustment: Use the '+' and '-' buttons to cycle through 9 brightness levels (0% to 100%).
- Mode Selection: Press the mode button to switch between 5 different lighting modes (e.g., full spectrum, red, blue, red+blue).
- Timer Function: Set the lights to automatically turn ON/OFF after 3, 9, or 12 hours. Press the timer button to select the desired duration. The lights will then cycle daily.
Maintenance
- Cleaning: Wipe the engineered wood shelves and metal frame with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners.
- Grow Lights: Gently wipe the grow light heads with a dry cloth to remove dust. Do not use liquid cleaners directly on the lights.
- Regular Checks: Periodically check all screws and connections to ensure they remain tight.
Troubleshooting
Grow Lights Not Turning On
- Ensure the USB power adapter is securely plugged into a working wall outlet.
- Check the USB connection between the grow light and the adapter.
- Press the power button on the controller.
Stand Instability
- Verify that all screws are tightened securely.
- Ensure the stand is placed on a flat, level surface.
- Confirm the anti-tip kit is properly installed and secured to the wall.
Grow Light Control Issues
- If buttons are unresponsive, unplug the grow light for a few minutes and then plug it back in to reset.
- Ensure the controller is not damaged.
