3. Setup and Assembly Instructions
Assembly is designed to be straightforward using a patented slot-and-lock system. All necessary tools are included. We recommend two adults for assembly, which typically takes about 1 hour.
- Unpack Components: Carefully remove all parts from the packaging and lay them out on a clean, soft surface to prevent scratches. Identify each component using the parts list.
- Assemble Headboard: Attach the headboard support legs to the main headboard panel using the provided bolts. Ensure the adjustable mechanism is correctly aligned.
- Attach Side Rails: Connect the side rails to the headboard and footboard using the slot-and-lock system. Secure with bolts as indicated in the diagram.
- Install Center Support: Place the center support beam and its legs into the designated slots along the length of the bed frame. Tighten all connections.
- Position Wooden Slats: Unroll the wooden slats across the bed frame. The Velcro fastening strips will help secure them in place. Ensure slats are evenly spaced and firmly attached to the side rails.
- Final Tightening: Double-check all bolts and screws to ensure they are fully tightened. Do not overtighten.

4. Operating Instructions
4.1. USB Charging Station
The headboard features a built-in dual USB charging port for your convenience.
- Connect Power: Ensure the bed frame is plugged into a functional wall outlet.

4.2. Adjustable Headboard
The headboard height can be adjusted to suit your mattress thickness and preference.
- Adjustment Mechanism: Locate the adjustment points on the headboard support legs.
- Raise/Lower: Loosen the securing bolts, adjust the headboard to the desired height, and re-tighten the bolts firmly.
4.3. Under-Bed Storage

5. Maintenance

6. Troubleshooting
