2. Safety Information

• Anti-Tipping Device: An anti-tipping device is included to prevent the cabinet from falling over. It is crucial to install this device securely to a wall stud or solid wall material as per the assembly instructions. Failure to do so can result in serious injury.
• Weight Capacity: Each shelf has a maximum weight capacity of 20 lbs (9 kg). Do not exceed this limit to prevent damage to the cabinet or potential injury. Distribute weight evenly across shelves.
• Assembly: Assemble the cabinet on a soft, clean surface to prevent scratches. Ensure all hardware is tightened securely before use. Periodically check and re-tighten fasteners as needed.

4. Setup and Assembly

• Drill (for anti-tipping device wall attachment)

4.2 Assembly Steps

1. Unpack and Identify Parts: Lay out all components on a clean, soft surface. Refer to the parts list in your instruction manual to identify each piece.
2. Assemble the Base: Attach the side panels to the base panel using the provided hardware.
3. Construct the Frame: Connect the remaining side panels, fixed shelves, and top panel to form the main cabinet frame. Ensure all cam locks and screws are securely fastened.
4. Install Back Panel: Carefully align and attach the back panel to the cabinet frame using the small nails provided.
5. Attach Hinges and Doors: Secure the stainless steel hinges to the cabinet frame and then attach the doors. Adjust hinges as necessary for proper door alignment.
6. Install Handles: Attach the metal handles to the cabinet doors.
7. Insert Adjustable Shelves: Place the shelf pins into the desired holes for the adjustable shelves. Insert the adjustable shelves onto the pins.
8. Install Anti-Tipping Device: Position the cabinet in its desired location. Securely attach the anti-tipping device to the top rear of the cabinet and then to a wall stud or appropriate wall anchor. This step is critical for safety.

5. Operating and Usage

5.1 Adjusting Shelves

The cabinet features adjustable shelves, allowing you to customize the interior space to fit items of different heights. To adjust a shelf:

1. Empty the shelf completely.
2. Carefully lift the shelf and remove the four shelf pins from their current holes.
3. Insert the shelf pins into the desired new set of holes, ensuring they are level.
4. Place the shelf back onto the pins, ensuring it is stable before placing items on it.

5.2 Storage Guidelines

• Distribute weight evenly across shelves to maintain stability and prevent warping.
• Do not overload shelves beyond the 20 lbs (9 kg) weight capacity per shelf.
• Store heavier items on lower shelves to improve overall cabinet stability.
