Safety Information
Always secure the canopy tent with all 4 sandbags and guy lines, especially in windy or rainy conditions. Ensure the tent is properly anchored to the ground to prevent it from tipping over or collapsing. Do not use the tent in thunderstorms or during heavy rain to avoid the risk of lightning strikes or flooding. Keep a safe distance from heat sources to prevent fire hazards.
Regularly inspect all components for wear or damage before each use. Do not attempt to use the canopy if any parts are broken or missing. Keep children and pets away from the canopy during assembly and disassembly.

Setup Instructions
For optimal ease and safety, it is recommended that two to three people assist with the setup of this canopy tent.
- Unpack Components: Remove the folded frame, roof cover, and accessories from the wheeled carry bag.
- Initial Frame Expansion: Place the folded frame in the desired setup location. With a person at two opposite corners, gently pull the frame outwards to partially expand it. Do not fully extend the legs yet.
- Attach Roof Cover: Drape the roof cover over the partially expanded frame. Secure the corners of the roof cover to the frame's corners using the attached fasteners (e.g., Velcro straps or clips). Ensure the cover is centered and taut.
- Full Frame Extension: With the roof cover attached, continue to pull the frame outwards until it is fully expanded. Ensure all cross-bars are locked into place.
- Adjust Height: Press the release buttons on each leg and carefully extend the legs to your desired height setting. Ensure all legs are extended to the same height level for stability.
- Secure Anchoring: Fill the provided sandbags with sand or other heavy material and attach them to the base of each leg. Use the included stakes and ropes to further secure the canopy to the ground, especially in outdoor conditions.

Operating Instructions
Your Quictent canopy is designed for various outdoor uses, providing shade and protection.
- Height Adjustment: The canopy features three adjustable height levels. To adjust, press the orange anti-pinch button on each leg and slide the inner leg up or down to the desired position. Ensure all four legs are locked at the same height.
- Weather Conditions: The 500D silver-coated Oxford fabric offers UPF 50+ sun protection and is waterproof. While designed to withstand moderate rain and winds up to 35mph (when properly anchored), avoid use in severe weather conditions such as heavy storms, strong winds exceeding 35mph, or lightning.
- Anchoring: Always use the provided sandbags, stakes, and guy lines to secure the canopy. Proper anchoring is crucial for stability and safety, especially in outdoor environments.

Maintenance
Proper maintenance will extend the lifespan of your canopy tent.
- Cleaning: Clean the canopy fabric with mild soap and water. Do not use harsh detergents or abrasive cleaners, as these can damage the fabric's coating. Rinse thoroughly and allow to air dry completely before storage.
- Frame Care: Wipe down the steel frame with a damp cloth to remove dirt and debris. Ensure all moving parts are free of obstructions.
- Storage: Always ensure the canopy fabric and frame are completely dry before folding and storing them in the wheeled carry bag. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
- Inspection: Periodically inspect the frame for any signs of bending, cracks, or loose connections. Check the fabric for tears, holes, or weakened seams. Address any issues promptly to prevent further damage.
Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your canopy tent, refer to the following common solutions:
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Difficulty expanding/collapsing frame | Frame joints are stiff or misaligned; release buttons not fully pressed. | Ensure all release buttons are pressed firmly. Gently wiggle the frame while expanding/collapsing. Lubricate joints if necessary. Ensure at least two people are assisting. |
| Canopy feels unstable | Insufficient anchoring; legs not evenly extended; uneven ground. | Verify all sandbags are filled and attached. Use stakes and guy lines. Ensure all legs are locked at the same height. Set up on level ground. |
| Water pooling on roof | Canopy not taut enough; insufficient roof pitch. | Ensure the roof cover is stretched tightly over the frame. Verify the frame is fully extended and locked. |
| Damaged or broken parts | Wear and tear; improper handling; extreme weather. | Discontinue use. Contact customer support for replacement parts or warranty claims. |
