- Hopper Plate
- Fixing Ring
- Grinding Plates (3 types: Coarse, Medium, Fine)
- Sausage Funnel
- Food Pusher
- Cutter Blade
- Spiral Shaft

Setup and Assembly
Follow these steps to assemble your meat grinder before use:
- Install the Spiral Shaft: Insert the spiral shaft into the mincer head.
- Install the Cutter Head: Place the cutter blade onto the end of the spiral shaft, ensuring the cutting edge faces outwards.
- Install the Meat Plate: Select your desired grinding plate (coarse, medium, or fine) and place it over the cutter blade, aligning the notch with the pin on the mincer head.
- Tighten the Front Cover: Secure the fixing ring onto the mincer head by turning it clockwise until it is tight.
- Attach Mincer Head to Motor Unit: Insert the assembled mincer head into the motor unit's opening and secure it firmly.
- Place Hopper Plate: Position the hopper plate on top of the mincer head.

Important Blade Orientation: Ensure the blade is inserted with the cutting edge facing outwards, as shown in the correct illustration below. Incorrect blade insertion will prevent proper grinding.

Operating Instructions
Before operating, ensure the unit is properly assembled and plugged into a suitable power outlet.
- Prepare Meat: Cut meat into small pieces (approximately 2-3 cm) that can easily fit into the feeding tube. Remove bones, gristle, and excessive fat.
- Select Grinding Plate: Choose the desired grinding plate (coarse, medium, or fine) based on your recipe requirements.
- Start Grinder: Turn the ON/OFF switch to the 'ON' position.
- Feed Meat: Place the prepared meat onto the hopper plate and gently feed it into the feeding tube using the food pusher. Never use your fingers or other utensils to push meat into the grinder.
- Reverse Function: If the grinder becomes clogged, switch the unit to the 'R' (Reverse) position for a few seconds to clear blockages. Then switch back to 'ON' to continue grinding.
- Sausage/Kebab Making: To make sausages or kebabs, replace the grinding plate and cutter blade with the appropriate attachment (sausage funnel or kebab attachment) after initial grinding.
- Finish Grinding: Once all meat is processed, turn the switch to 'OFF' and unplug the appliance.
