Setup Instructions
The FUNSICLE Round Tubular Pool is designed for quick and easy assembly without the need for special tools. Follow these general steps for installation:
- Site Selection: Choose a firm, level surface free from sharp objects, debris, or overhead obstructions. The area should be large enough to accommodate the pool and provide adequate space around it for safe access.
- Ground Preparation: Lay down the included ground mat on the selected site. Ensure the surface is completely flat and stable.
- Frame Assembly: Unpack all frame components. Follow the diagrams in the separate assembly guide (if provided) to connect the steel tubes and connectors. Ensure all connections are secure.
- Liner Installation: Carefully spread the pool liner inside the assembled frame. Ensure the drain plug is accessible and closed. Smooth out any wrinkles in the bottom of the liner.
- Filling the Pool: Begin filling the pool with water. As the water level rises, continue to smooth out wrinkles from the center outwards. Stop filling when the water reaches the recommended fill line.
- Filter Pump Connection: Connect the RX1000 cartridge filter pump according to its specific instructions. Ensure all hoses are securely attached and clamps are tightened.
- Ladder Assembly: Assemble the safety ladder as per its instructions and place it securely against the pool wall.

Operating Instructions
- Filter Pump Operation: Operate the RX1000 cartridge filter pump daily for several hours to ensure proper water circulation and filtration. Refer to the filter pump manual for specific operating times based on pool usage and water conditions.
- Water Chemistry: Regularly test the pool water for pH, chlorine, and alkalinity levels using a pool test kit. Adjust chemicals as needed to maintain balanced water, which is crucial for swimmer safety and pool longevity.
- Skimming: Use the included surface skimmer to remove leaves, insects, and other debris from the water surface daily.
- Pool Cover: Use the protective pool cover when the pool is not in use to prevent debris from entering the water and to reduce water evaporation.
Maintenance
- Filter Cartridge Cleaning/Replacement: The Type C filter cartridge should be rinsed with a garden hose every few days and replaced every 2-4 weeks, depending on pool usage and water quality. A dirty filter reduces pump efficiency.
- Liner Cleaning: Use the bottom skimmer and telescopic pole to vacuum or brush the pool floor and walls as needed to remove settled debris and algae.
- Water Level: Ensure the water level is maintained between the minimum and maximum fill lines. Evaporation and splash-out can reduce the water level.
- Winterization: Before freezing temperatures arrive, drain the pool completely. Clean and dry all components thoroughly. Store the liner, frame, pump, and accessories in a dry, protected area to prevent damage.
Troubleshooting
This section addresses common issues you might encounter. For more complex problems, consult the filter pump manual or contact customer support.
