2. Safety Information

4. Assembly Instructions
Assembly typically requires 2-3 adults and takes several hours. Each component is numbered for easy identification. Follow the steps below carefully.
- Assemble the Top Frame: Begin by connecting the steel tubes to form the rectangular top frame of the carport. Ensure all connections are secure.
- Install Steel Pipe Feet: Attach the vertical steel pipe feet to the assembled top frame. Ensure they are firmly connected and upright.
- Cover the Frame with the Tarp: Carefully drape the main polyethylene tarp over the assembled frame, ensuring it is centered and aligned.
- Cover the Sides with Tarpaulins: Attach the side tarpaulins to the frame. These include the removable roll-up doors and windows.

5. Operating Instructions
The Polar Aurora Carport Tent is designed for versatile use and easy adaptation to various conditions.
- Ventilation: Utilize the 3 removable roll-up doors and 4 windows to adjust airflow and ventilation. Roll them up to allow air circulation or roll them down for full enclosure.
- Access: The roll-up doors provide convenient access for vehicles and equipment. The side doors can also be used for easy entry and exit, especially in warmer weather.
- Multi-purpose Use: When side walls are removed, the carport can function as an open sunshade tent for outdoor gatherings or temporary storage. With all panels attached, it provides enclosed protection for cars, boats, motorcycles, and other tools.

6. Maintenance
Proper maintenance will extend the lifespan of your carport tent.
- Cleaning: Clean the polyethylene tarp with mild soap and water. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners that could damage the material. Rinse thoroughly and allow to air dry completely before storage.
- Frame Inspection: Periodically check the galvanized steel frame for any signs of rust, corrosion, or damage. Ensure all connections remain tight.

7. Troubleshooting
- Carport Instability: Ensure all ground stakes are fully inserted and ropes are taut. Check that all frame connections are secure. High winds require additional anchoring.
- Water Leakage: Verify that the tarp is correctly positioned and tensioned over the frame. Check for any tears or holes in the tarp. Ensure waterproof seams are intact.
- Difficulty with Assembly: Refer to the numbered components and assembly steps. Ensure you have 2-3 adults assisting. If issues persist, contact customer service.
