4. Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| No image on monitor | Monitor not powered; cameras not powered or out of range; cameras not paired. | Ensure monitor is plugged in. Check camera solar panel for sufficient sunlight. Verify cameras are within wireless range. System is pre-paired, but if issues persist, contact support. |
| Remote viewing not working | Monitor not connected to internet; incorrect app settings; weak Wi-Fi signal. | Ensure monitor is connected to your router (Ethernet or Wi-Fi). Check app for correct device addition and network settings. Verify strong Wi-Fi signal at monitor location. |
| Poor image quality | Dirty camera lens; low light conditions; camera too far from monitor/router. | Clean camera lens. Ensure adequate lighting for optimal color night vision. Relocate camera closer to monitor/router or improve Wi-Fi signal. |
| Motion detection false alarms | Sensitivity too high; objects like trees or animals triggering alerts. | Adjust motion detection sensitivity in the app. Configure 'Private Areas' or 'Motion Areas' to exclude irrelevant zones. |
| Camera not charging | Insufficient sunlight; dirty solar panel; faulty connection. | Ensure solar panel receives 4-6 hours of direct sunlight daily. Clean the solar panel. Check the connection cable between the solar panel and camera. |
