Setup
1. Battery Installation
- Locate the battery compartment on the underside of the scale.
- Open the battery compartment cover.
- Insert the 3 AAA batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-).
- Close the battery compartment cover securely.
2. Initial Placement and Calibration
- Place the scale on a hard, flat surface. Avoid carpets or uneven flooring, as this can affect accuracy.
- For initial calibration, gently press down on the scale with your foot until the digital display lights up.
- Remove your foot and wait for the display to show '0.0' or '0.00'. The scale is now calibrated and ready for use.
Operating Instructions
1. Taking a Measurement
- Ensure the scale is on a flat, stable surface.
- Step onto the scale with bare feet, standing still and centered on the platform.
- The digital display will light up and show your weight. The analog dial will also indicate your weight.
- Remain on the scale until the reading stabilizes. The scale will automatically turn off after approximately 25 seconds of inactivity.

2. Changing Measurement Units (lb/kg)
The scale allows you to switch between pounds (lb) and kilograms (kg).
- Turn the scale over to access the back panel.
- Locate the 'kg/lb' switch.
- Slide the switch to your desired unit of measurement.
- Flip the scale back over and step on it to confirm the unit change.
