5. Setup
5.1 Charging the Battery
Before first use, fully charge the pump's internal 13500mAh battery. Connect the USB charging cable to the pump and a suitable USB power source. A full charge typically takes 4-5 hours. The battery indicator on the LCD screen will show charging status.
5.2 Connecting to 12V DC Power
For continuous operation or when the battery is low, you can power the pump using the included 12V DC car adapter. Plug the adapter into your vehicle's 12V outlet and connect the other end to the pump. Note that the 12V DC connection powers the pump but does not charge the internal battery.

|---|---|---|
| Pump does not turn on. | Low battery or no power connection. | Charge the battery or connect to a 12V DC power source. Ensure power button is held for 3 seconds. |
| Pump inflates slowly or not to desired pressure. | Hose or nozzle not securely attached; air leak; incorrect pressure setting; inflatable valve issue. | Check all connections for tightness. Verify target pressure setting. Inspect inflatable valve for damage. |
| Pump overheats and shuts off. | Extended use; blocked air vents. | Allow the pump to cool down. Ensure air intake and outlet are clear of obstructions. |
| Battery life is shorter than expected. | Battery not fully charged; aging battery; extreme temperatures. | Ensure battery is fully charged (4-5 hours). Operate in moderate temperatures. |
| Nozzle does not fit my inflatable. | Incorrect nozzle selected. | Try different nozzles provided. If none fit, a separate adapter may be required (not included). |
