Troubleshooting

Problem Possible Cause Solution
Air purifier does not turn on. Not plugged in; power outlet malfunction; filter not installed correctly. Ensure the power cord is securely plugged into a working outlet. Check if the filter is installed and the bottom cover is locked.
Airflow is significantly reduced. Filter is dirty or clogged. Clean the pre-filter or replace the entire filter.
Unusual noise during operation. Filter not seated correctly; foreign object inside; unit not on a stable surface. Check filter placement. Ensure no objects are obstructing the fan. Place the unit on a flat, stable surface.
PM2.5 readings seem inaccurate. Laser sensor is dirty. Clean the laser sensor opening with a dry cotton swab.
Cannot connect to VeSync app or voice assistant. Incorrect Wi-Fi password; Wi-Fi signal too weak; app not updated. Ensure correct Wi-Fi credentials. Move the purifier closer to the router. Update the VeSync app. Ensure your Wi-Fi is 2.4 GHz.
