Assembly Instructions
Assembly is straightforward and typically takes about 15 minutes. Follow the clear diagrams and use the labeled hardware provided.
- Attach Casters to Base: Insert the 8 casters into the holes on the chair base until they click securely into place.
- Install Gas Lift: Place the gas lift cylinder into the center hole of the chair base.
- Attach Seat Plate: Secure the sit base plate to the underside of the seat cushion using the provided screws and assembly wrench. Ensure the front of the plate aligns with the front of the seat.
- Connect Seat to Gas Lift: Carefully place the assembled seat onto the gas lift cylinder, ensuring it is centered and stable.

Operating Instructions
Your amseatec Criss Cross Chair offers several adjustable features for personalized comfort.
- Height Adjustment: To adjust the seat height, lift the lever located under the seat while standing to raise the chair, or while seated to lower it. Release the lever at your desired height.
- Tilt Function: The chair features a 90–115° tilt mechanism. Pull the lever outwards to unlock the tilt function, allowing the chair to recline. Push the lever inwards to lock the chair in an upright position.
- Tilt Tension: A knob located under the seat allows you to adjust the tension of the tilt mechanism. Turn clockwise to increase tension (making it harder to recline) or counter-clockwise to decrease tension (making it easier to recline).
- Swivel and Mobility: The chair swivels 360 degrees and moves smoothly on its floor-friendly casters, allowing for easy movement around your workspace.

Maintenance
Proper care will extend the life of your chair:
- Cleaning: Spot clean the brushed fabric upholstery as needed. For general cleaning, wipe clean with a damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals.
- Casters: Periodically check casters for hair or debris and clean them to ensure smooth rolling.
- Hardware: Occasionally check all screws and bolts to ensure they are tight. Retighten if necessary.
Troubleshooting
