1. Important Safety Information

Before operating the DMASUN Exercise Bike, please read and understand all safety instructions. Failure to follow these instructions may result in injury or damage to the product.

2. Setup and Assembly

The DMASUN Exercise Bike is designed for quick assembly, with approximately 70% of the installation pre-completed at the factory. The remaining components can typically be installed within 30 minutes.

2.1 Unpacking

Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Verify that all parts are present according to the packing list.

2.2 Assembly Steps

You will primarily need to install the handlebar, seat, front and rear stability tubes, and pedals. The main frame, flywheel, and crank are pre-assembled.

  1. Attach the front and rear stability tubes to the main frame using the provided hardware. Ensure they are securely fastened.
  2. Install the seat post and seat. Adjust to your desired height and position.
  3. Attach the handlebar post and handlebars. Adjust to your desired height.
  4. Install the pedals. Note that pedals are typically marked 'L' for left and 'R' for right. Ensure they are threaded correctly and tightened securely with the anti-loosening nuts.
  5. Place the digital display onto its designated holder on the handlebars.

3. Operating Instructions

3.1 Adjusting Seat and Handlebars

The DMASUN Exercise Bike features four-way seat adjustment (up/down, forward/backward) and two-way handlebar adjustment (up/down) to accommodate various user heights and preferences.

  • Seat Adjustment: Loosen the adjustment knob below the seat and on the seat post. Slide the seat to the desired position and tighten the knobs firmly.
  • Handlebar Adjustment: Loosen the adjustment knob on the handlebar post. Raise or lower the handlebars to a comfortable height and tighten the knob securely.

3.2 Adjusting Magnetic Resistance

The bike utilizes a magnetic resistance system, offering a wide range of adjustment from 0% (easy) to 100% (difficult) without maintenance or noise.

  • Turn the resistance knob clockwise to increase resistance, making pedaling harder.
  • Turn the resistance knob counter-clockwise to decrease resistance, making pedaling easier.
  • To stop the flywheel quickly in an emergency, press down firmly on the resistance knob.

Suggested resistance levels for different workout intensities:

  • 0-20%: Warm-up
  • 20%-50%: Running/Cardio
  • 50%-75%: Fat Burning
  • 75%-100%: Muscle Strengthening

3.3 Using the Digital Display

The integrated digital display monitors key exercise data in real-time.

  • Functions: The display shows Time, Speed, Distance, and Calories burned. It also includes a Scan function to cycle through metrics.
  • Resetting Data: To clear current exercise data and start a new record, press and hold the button on the display for three seconds.
  • Automatic Shut Down: The display will automatically shut down after a period of inactivity to conserve battery.

The bike is also compatible with Wahoo sensors (fixed to the crank position for RPM) and SPD pedals (not included).
